It was definitely live they were just in the same clothes, the blonde out of kandy rain had straight hair not crimped as she did on saturday and the girl from London had bright green eyeshadow on on saturday but didnt last night and totally different lipstick..
  3. I would call citizen's advice and start from there or is it acas? Do they owe you for the three weeks as well as the one week? If you havent already I would put together a letter requesting that you are paid what is owed to you, wait the 28 days then file a ET1 with the employment tribunal (its done online).. Waiting times are longer than normal for the tribunal but it will be worth it in the end.. J

Loved the show last night, Stacy and Lucie were fantastic I thought (although I cannot stand when Stacy speaks), Irish twins were appalling and I literally laughed at the fact that they had gone through (totally agree with Father Jack I think his agenda could be something else all together).. Think the young welsh lad is cute and could get a lot better, rock guy ok, south shileds guy very good but is his sound really marketable? Disappointed in Danni, thought she had a better had on her than to say what she said to Danyl, was all pretty unnecessary if you ask me..
  5. When you say 'they dont want to pay salary' is it because the company is going under? they feel you havent worked for the salary? give me some more details.. My partner went through something similar this year and the company ended up going under.. First step is you have to put in writing your request for your salary and they have 28 days in which to respond then you can lodge something with the employment tribunal people (I think ET1 form).. Once you tell me a bit more I cna get you some more details..
  6. Im very torn on this issue.. My instinct is to intervene to either stop a behaviour of a person that is unnaceptable (i.e. small things queue jumping, foul language etc) but then I have been in circumstances where Ive been on a bus and its properly kicked off and Ive not gotten involved for fear I would get my head kicked in... The times when I dont intervene though Im always very upset with myself afterwards as I think there are far too many people in London (not necessarily not anywhere else in the world but we are only talking london) who think they can be rude, bully people, break the rules, disrepect others and get away with it because there is an air amongst most people that they will just ignore it as are too afraid to get involved.. When I see it and am part of it it makes me livid! I was once on a bus where two men (drunk) were picking on a young man who it seemed (and dont quote me) had some kind of turrets as the more stressed he got the worse his ticks etc were and it broke my heart but the drunk men were very aggessive and I selfishly didnt want them to turn on me so I kept quiet.. I think about that often..
  7. We are privately renting and didnt pay any fee but went straight to the landlord (which is what I thought as private rental was) so cant help unfortunately.. someone else may be able to let you know what they pay if they went through an actual agent..
  8. Saw this for the first time last night and liked it.. Didnt watch the whole thing but hoping to catch it next week.. Am totally in to criminal justice this week!
  9. I am confirming so will let you know asap x
  10. people who come in to goose green through a shut gate adn then just leave it wide open as if they were born in a tent! My pup who is still learning about roads then sees that as a green light to go running out of the park..

Soooooooooo what do we all think of the top 12? I think those twins Louis chose are woeful and clearly he is not thinking with his head in terms of putting them through.. Simon's group was definitely the hardest I think I would have put them all through! I never thought I would get in to a show this much but Im quite looking forward to rainy saturday nights in watching the X factor.. Any brave predictions of a winner at this point?
