A few squirts of neat peppermint oil around likely entry points I’ve found effective and does deter them. I use a 10ml syringe to treat various locations under floor, entry heating pipes and anywhere you see evidence.

Ah yes, I envy you too. My wife doesn't do camping anymore, so we're reduced to hotels! One obvious thing I like to carry is a comfortable pillow.

Sorry to read this but it looks like a lease renewal problem as the coffee shop has gone too. Perhaps Frank Roche will retire to his pad in Cyprus. Funny that I'd just come from lunch at le p'tit chou opposite the co-op and I had asked him if he was going to stay in business as there seems to be so much movement happening. East Dulwich Deli going as well. I'm just waiting to hear that my gym ESPH is in danger of being appropriated by the new cinema to be next door. I guess chang happens.

I was bitten by a little dog in Dulwich Park a couple years ago and the owner apologised and told me that he'd never done it before. That made me feel a little better.

If they'd incorporated garages into that development instead of the lower ground flats then I think they might have sold. Maybe they were being greedy. They look cheaply made to me.
