AM when it comes to the cruelty of fox hunting, the EDF crew could learn a lesson or two. Poor old foxy can't even go for a quiet break to Turkey without being hunted and flushed out on here. Brian May is such a lovely compassionate man, he speaks a lot of sense. Louisa.

Yes, not the same without them is it? They obviously have better things to do in a Saturday night. I have a feeling *Bob* may be lurking. Louisa.

Beards with food particles in. Often times sported by middle aged trendy wannabes who think they're being 'edgy' and cool, when actually they just look like cunts. Anyway, enough about hipsters. They've got a thread of their own. Quiet one tonight isn't it numbers? Louisa.

Hipsters need to learn how to wash. And if you're going to waste your gap year on mummy & daddys cash, why not go abroad and volunteer rather than move to London and "slum" it on jam jar cocktails in a working class neighbourhood, getting pissed and turning working class pubs into yuppy enclaves. Louisa.

I don't understand debt. It's all Greek to me. Louisa.

It's about time some of us forum members were given the opportunity to open specific threads in which we offer advice and expert knowledge on things we know quite a bit about. Foxy and computershorty for example would be great examples, maybe dedicating a specific hour or two each week to a thread in which they discuss topics such as local history or magic etc it would be a great honour for me personally to dedicate an hour or two each week discussing spiritualism and hauntings (without having my thread taken over by radical thinking piss takers who like to mock everything I say!). Louisa.

I just hope they don't take down the beautiful ceilings in the main bar areas. The place had little atmosphere before any refurb, and the service was crap too. It relied on location as much as anything. Although I love the idea of this pub, it never quite lives upto expectations. Taking visitors there always starts with great anticipation and people commenting on how lovely it looks and what a great location etc but then after standing at the bar for a good 15 minutes before being served you realise it's not all that. Great shame. Needs to be more innovative. And for Christ sakes get some experienced bar staff who know their stuff. Louisa.

According to their correspondence online the dog isn't due to re-open until next summer? I too miss those summer evening walks around the village and seeing everyone sat outside. Louisa.

From what the fox has told me, I think he is somewhat concerned that he may have had his account deactivated and had not been informed of it, just quietly chucked off the forum. But admin has confirmed that isn't the case and will no doubt look into why he cannot access the forum. The fox and I have every right to be slightly suspicious. The number of troll like characters lurking on the forum who don't get banned when true ED'ers like us end up being pulled up on mild things regularly. It leads to all sorts going through your head. Just for the record I created this thread so that others could possibly help with why he couldn't log onto his account, it was not some sort of conspiracy theory reaction, as much as you'd all love that. Louisa.

I specifically asked foxy if he wanted me to raise it on the forum and he said yes please do. I take your point this may lead to further mocking and scoffing, but it's important that we are all made aware of it so we can resolve the issue. Louisa.

I would just like to raise with the powers that be (and anyone else on the forum with an interest), that DulwichFox has directly contacted me and informed me that he is now no longer allowed to post on the forum and appears to have some sort of 'ban' or 'restriction' on his account and would like to know why. He has told me that no confirmation from the administrator was given about any breaking of the terms on here but he seems certain (from what he has told me), that his account is now 'inactive'. Could someone please contact him or let the rest of us all know what's going on please? I think Foxy is a little concerned so on his behalf could you please let him know what's happening. Thanks. On behalf of DulwichFox. Louisa.

On a serious note. The fox has been misunderstood again and has now walked away from the party. I think a few apologies may be in order for 'over stepping' the mark here. Foxy is on holiday and entitled to do whatever he likes. If he wants to post on the forum who are we to judge? Or is there a hint of jealousy that he is in the baking Turkish sun having fun whilst the rest of us are in the rainy UK breathing in car fumes and eating organic ostrich burgers. Yeah, thought so. Give him a break. Louisa.

I wish someone would have the guts to start a thread WHILST sat on the toilet. Anyone? Louisa.

I'm currently sat in the garden posting this message because I want to. Is that ok with everyone? Good. As you were. Louisa.

Absolutely Otta. It's easy to be disappointed, but when you consider the experience and ranking gap between her and possibly the greatest player of all time it certainly puts today's very narrow defeat into perspective. Louisa.

Think Heather Watson is someone to watch for the future. Great player. Louisa.
