You know how it is with legals Macroban, things take time.

I know the owner that set up and opened this cafe', it was really really busy at one point, but erm the guy had a problem with substance ( if you know what i mean)and sold up, not sure if it still does well but its a very good position.

Macroban, also no doubt something better will replace it.

Which of these gyms have a steam room or sauna though?

Yes Macroban, Robert the owner (Le Chardon) is awaiting to exchange contracts with the purchaser.

Macroban, again you are right, they advertise it as a freehold but infact it's a lease. I believe it's sold now anyway.

Leasehold for sale, anyone interested in buying a bar, its a great location imo, its ashame it never got that busy, it really needed a good food menu i think.
