  1. ooh if we're being oriental moos, then I'm a dog. Better than a pig though I suppose. I don't believe in anything really though, apart from chocolate.
  2. I am a Pisces who is terrible at making decisions, there might be something in it, but then again there might not.

I suppose if you can remember all the topics that have been covered, then you might have spent a few too many hours here. I'm so going to get it now aren't I? *ducks*

Ruffers said Can we therefore conclude that Mr Chuff is a short ugly dark haired ginger tall handsome man? that is my point exactly Ruffers. He actually looks closest to simon pegg without the massive head. I have a great mini soap going on in my head now picturing you lot, must get on with some work, the launderette is getting chocka.

I shall now picture you as norm whenever ordering your lovely grub. Were you looking through the round window or the acid one when you saw me? Personally I think I look like a fat dot cotton :)

Do you ever get told you look like someone famous or otherwise, both myself and mr chuff have had some bizarre comparisons. Him - brad Pitt, ricky jervais, Simon pegg, Russell crowe and Jimmy sommerville! Me - angelica houston, courtney cox and nigella lawson. I wish he looked like brad and I bet he wishes I looked like any of the above. Who do you all look like? Chuff (Who is bored again and starting silly threads is keeping me sane)
  10. I had forgotten about the pharmacy in sainsburys, but after checking they didn't stock what I needed anyway. Ended up at westburys which wasn't too bad. thanks all x
  11. I just didn't think chav looked old enough that's all. No I wimped out on the scary film Keef, I have a very active imagination and would have kept myself awake all night. Off to bed with a book was all that happened so I am officially a boring old cow. oh yes the drinks are this friday aren't they?
  12. chav are you really a grandma? You don't look one at all. Fantastic!
  13. thAnks x
  14. are there any local chemists open today? I know there is the huge one on streatham high road but wanted to check if there was a more local one, before bracing myself for the parking problems up there. thanks
  15. was it forum drinks last night then keef? or just a messy friday? have realised I typed nubby instead of hubby, quite fitting actually! resisting slabs of chocolate at the moment, thinking about watching a scary film but that might be a bad idea all on my own.
  16. I am so very bored, one child out with nubby on camping sleepover and the other one tucked up in bed. I'm not used to all this free time, is anyone else as bored and boring as I? Chuff
  17. I like woodwarde, I live one road over in court lane and walk through it most days. It's a happy street, imo chuff
  18. the zinc and copper nails thing doesn't work anyway. ringing is the only way, but not something that should be undertaken :))
  19. If you fancy a bit of dance theatre Emanuel Gat at Sadler's Wells starts next week and I have heard it is very good. Tickets are ?10 for that one. Les Ballet Trockaderos at the Peacock too, silly and funny
  20. wouldn't the shop have to have A3 use or whatever it is that you need to sell food and beverages?
  21. hope you find somewhere else suitable, little coffee van. I agree with above poster about dulwich park but think anywhere on the dulwich estate is impossible to get a food trading license. good luck

    Petty Annoyances

I think the baby on board signs were originally used to inform the emergency services that a child was in the car in a crash situation. There have been some incidents where car seats, not strapped in properly, have ejected from the car. The risk is if the other occupants are unconscious etc, there is no-one to tell them to check for the child. Or so I have been told

    Petty Annoyances

Jimbob said my big pa, is people deciding to park beside me when there are hundreds of spaces elsewhere, eg on the weekly trip to sainbos, i,ll park right down the back where there is plenty of room, as i,m sick of other eejits banging their doors into mine, there are dozens of empty bays yet inevitably when i come out some prick has parked in the bay beside me. why? Always happens to me, regardless of where I park and how busy the supermarket is. You would think that baby seats and child seats on both sides would deter people also, it is very difficult strapping them in when you can't open the doors very wide. It's great when a parent and child space is free but otherwise I am doomed to have a car that attracts others like flies to s**t.
