Watched through the trees while with my dog and at least 25 feet away. There were other people near me on the road/pavement near exercise machines. He gave me the creeps because he seemed to be lurking and I wanted to see what he was doing. There are lots of female joggers and runners using that path at that time.
Yes, said three co-conspirators were jailed. I was at the Co-op cashpoint in Forest Hill Rd. a while back (2 years I think) when the guy in front of me found equipment above the keypad. There was a little hole in the covering.

I had been on the track, went off it to dispose of a poo bag and then wanted to rejoin the track and saw him lurking about.

Poor you. Curious as to how you knew the cops were cops? I feel sorry for the boy's parents when they find out what he has been doing. I have had more than my fair share of flashers since living in London. In cars (when called over by a man asking for directions), Bond Street tube station, and also while walking my dog. I was in Dulwich Park today and left the outside track when I noticed a very large man lurking about near some trees. He gave me the creeps. Maybe he was harmless but didn't want to risk it.
I noticed that BT is now doing a very competitive offer for broadband and phone line, with 3 months free as well. It's less than Plusnet who I am currently with. I am thinking of changing.

This is not about their service. If they have restrictions for the outside spaces then I find it hard to believe that the council hasn't cracked down before now.
No sriracha at SMBS. They used to have it and seem to have everything else. I now get mine at the Chinese shop in Camberwell, on Denmark Hill just down from Coldharbour Lane. Try sriracha mixed with cream cheese. Spread on crackers or use as a dip.
Think if you are within easy reach of Peckham Rye station you will be OK as that is getting East London line. The flats/properties in that area, Ondine, Marsden, Muschamp, seem to go quickly.
I didn't realise there were some laws. Whoop di doo. Those restrictions are not enough. So that means that you can let them off whenever you like before 11 pm? Ridiculous. They should be heavily controlled. In the run up to Guy Fawkes and Diwali they go off all the time from afternoon onwards. There are idiots out there using them. I like a nice organised display on appropriate days but not random a-holes letting them off because they are showing off to their mates. And I did hear those fireworks go off the other night and I am down by Grove Vale.
I used an Oyster on a bus and it wouldn't register. Tried a few times. The driver told me it was OK to board. When I got off in ED I checked at a newsagent and it had deducted the money. Wonder how often that happens? So the driver knew his machine wasn't working.
