  1. I thought Gerrard sulked his way though the game until he was taken off after half an hour. Probably because he hadn't got the captaincy he thought was his by right. He played far too many long balls to no one in particular. "Slight calf strain" or not it was certainly another mediocre performance from him in an England shirt.
  2. Scott Parker named as England captain. Even if it is for only one game. He deserves the accolade. His displays over the past few seasons have been nothing short of magnificent.
  3. Be fair Parkdrive. Seaman, Dixon, Keown, Adams and Wright are hardly recent are they?
  4. That is the poorest game I've ever seen Ledley King play. Normally he is superb but he didn't look fit at all. Very sad. I hope it's not the end for him. He's been a great servant to our club. As for Bale he should stick to the wing and bring back Lennon on the other side. I thought we really missed him yesterday. Can't understand why he wasn't playing.
  5. Officially gutted. Fair to play to the scum on the day they were better than us. I thought we were awful even when we were two-nil up. I could see it unfolding. Bollocks is all I can say. Have drowned my sorrows and now gonna hit the sack. Bah!
  6. Walcott scored a hat-trick against Croatia. errr... that's it. I think he's gone backwards rather than forward in his progress.

For starters Walcott is a shit Aaron Lennon. Are you a Gooner in disguise?
  8. I can't wear anything red. It reminds too much of the Arsenal who I hate with a passionate intensity.
  9. Hoorah! A fellow Spurs fan. COYS!
  10. I'll probably go to the replay. Win or lose it'll be a very good payday for Stevenage. I'm hoping to go the Man Utd game a few days later as well. Anyway, Arsenal up next and I so want to win that one.

And yes I saw that one one as well Atila. Oh how I laughed but not as much as I laughed when we beat you at the Effeminates last season. So looking forward to next Sunday when we can it do all over again.
  12. Well played Stevenage. Horrible game, horrible pitch but you fully deserve your replay at White Hart Lane.
  13. Umm.... this'll probably remind you of me and Parkdrive. It's a typical conversation between an Arsenal fan and a Spurs fan. Very funny.
  14. Goal magazine! I used to read that from cover to cover when I was a boy. Loved it. Happy memories. @Alan Medic - I think the moral of the story is - share and share alike.
  15. He won't be sacked. They are still 4th in the league. He's got a big game next week and even if he loses that (and I so hope they do) he won't be sacked then either.
  16. Yeah well said.
  17. I don't wear aftershave PGC. Maybe I should.
  18. Yeah... very funny. Anyway, looks like Portsmouth have been shafted again and that's not funny at all. I feel for their fans.
  19. Err.. oh yes we have Parkdrive but it was called the European Cup then. You might not know that though because you're an Sorry ratty are we keeping you up?
  20. Really looking forward to those games actually. Four-nil though. That must have hurt.
  21. Clearly, you weren't capable. Ten points. Mind the gap.
  22. What a cock.
  23. Yeah... you could be out of the FA Cup at the weekend too.
  24. I didn't watch the match last night I was out at an Italian restaurant for my birthday dinner. Anyway, heard it was a bit cold in Milan -4 so I'm told.
  25. Certainly not. Couldn't give a monkeys. I'm sure you know yourself that a lot of the posts of a Waitrose coming ED are wind-ups because a lot of the local folk keep wetting themselves at the thought of it. Have a nice day.
