Hmmm... same thing happens to me Brendan.

So, Man City are not going to appeal against Mario Balotelli's four game ban. Anyone still think he's innocent? And Howard Webb says he didn't see the incident but TV replays clearly show him pointing to the offence. Perhaps he just didn't have the balls to send him off.

Or people from Essex. I was slanderously called a racist for telling an Irish joke on here a while back by Mick Mac. Well, he is Irish and fair play to him he'd made a good point and I felt a bit ashamed and chastised for doing so. It certainly isn't PC. So, instead I'm gonna tell a Moldovian joke. Andrei says to Nicolai "Close your curtains the next time you're making love to your wife. The whole street was watching and laughing at you yesterday." Nicolai says: "Well, the joke's on them because I wasn't even home yesterday." . . . . I'll get my coat.

There is a sign on the one of the windows Sue about moving the bar and the main front door. Which would completely change the pub as we know it.

Best of luck Murphy. Though I've always supported Tottenham Hotspur I come from a long line of Palace fans so I've got a bit of a soft spot for them. Go on you Eagles!

Really? So you admit that his goal ratio is better than you may have thought. I suspect you haven't even bothered to look though. Of course you're more interested in goals per-season and to be honest so am I. It's one of the main reasons I'd like to see him play more. He didn't have a good season for us last year but this season he has looked really sharp and scored goals when he has been given the opportunity. I rate Ballotelli very highly and as you've pointed out his strike rate is outstanding. What I would like to see is for him to get rid of the thuggish side of his game. Until he does he'll always be a liability to his club.

That's Lee Dixon, Arsenal stalwart and Manchester City fan. Hmm...

It's not a sideswipe. I'm just stating how I've seen things. I see it as a backheel to the head. The first kick was an accident but the second to me is a deliberate back heel to the head and he should have been off for violent conduct. Also, I think Parker's challenge was fair and I can't see how Harry was being graceless. That's my opinion. It just differs from yours.

I don't think you'd be saying that if it had been an Arsenal player he stamped on. You'd be baying for his blood. As for Arsene Wenger's post match interview yesterday his arrogance knows no bounds. Graceless in defeat as usual.

Nice touch at the CPT yesterday. Free hot roasted tatties and mini sausages. Yummo!

I agree Spurs aren't scoring enough with the chances we make. Adebayor misses more than he scores. We are crying out for a top class centre forward. Pav isn't good enough and we can't afford Ade's wages.

Certainly not. I don't have it either. You could always invent one.

Michael Owen as we all know is very unlucky with injuries. Defoe on the other hand needs a run of games. Van Der Vaart hasn't been at his best lately and I think it's time he was dropped. Jermain is a natural goalscorer and will always score goals no matter who he plays for. Anyway... this may sound like sour grapes but Lescott and Bolotelli should both have been sent off today. To lose in the 94th minute to a penalty taken by someone who clearly should no longer have been on the pitch is very hard to take.

Like who? Check your head and then check his goals ratio. He is top class and currently our top goalscorer despite his lack of opportunities this season.

Gutted about today's result. Harry's in court tomorrow. Suspect this is where our season goes tits up. At least I have the minor satisfaction that the Arse lost at home. I'm sure Mr Parkdrive is as gutted as I am losing against his most hated team apart from us Spuds.

Torres hasn't been the same player for two or three years now. It's a very long bad run of form. I think he'll come good eventually but Chelsea need to rebuild around him so it could still take a while before he hits his stride. As for Carroll, he may have scored 19 goals last season but that was in the Championship. I don't think his style suits Liverpool and they paid way over the top for him. I can't see them getting a couple of wingers and banging in crosses for the big, rough, greasy haired, pony-tailed ponce up front. Can you?
-
Yeah, they were rubbish yesterday. Shocking performance from Liverpool. Chelsea weren't much cop either so take a bow Andy Carroll and Fernando Torres, at a combined cost of ?82 million, 2,000 minutes of football between them and not a single goal. Money well spent? Certainly not. Really looking forward to today's two Premiership games. Hopefully a draw between Woolwich Wanderers and Man Utd and a win for Tottenham at The Etihad. COYS!

The usual footage but still funny.

A man phones his local hobby shop and asks "Do you have a model of an Italian cruise liner?" The shop owner replies "Yes we've got just one left ". "Oh that?s great," says the man, "can you put it on one side for me?".

Fazer71 has made some very good points and most of them true. I was a regular at The Dog for decades but finally had enough of it a long time ago. It's a nice place to sit outside in the summer, drink and watch the world go by but that's about it for me these days. I think the rot first set in when they ripped the booths out in the smaller end bar over 20 years ago.

Stinks of a police cover up to me.

Hmmm.... really? I think we can still get behind the Justice for the 96 Campaign. Don't buy The Sun.
