Touching on the same thing Jack. If a man is accused of rape it's his picture in the paper whether he is innocent or not and not the alleged victim. If the accused is later found innocent and cleared of the alleged crime, the fact is that his image has appeared has an alleged rapist and mud sticks whether you've been proved innocent or not. It's only afterwards that a picture of the woman who has made a false claims comes out.

I have read 100 Years OF Solitude and a few more of Gabriel Garcia Marquez's books and I've also read 30 of the books in Hugenot's list but it doesn't make me an intellectual bore or a cool mofo does it. I read voraciously and always have something on the go. I'm also partial to a biography/autobiography, usually of the musical variety and the more dissipated and debauched a life the better. I can recommend The High Life and High Times Of Charlie (Yardbird) Parker by Ross Russell or Life by Keith Richards for what it's worth.

Great to see Martin Jol back in English football at Fulham. I always felt that he was treated rather harshly at Spurs by Daniel Levy who panicked and got rid of him far too early instead of keeping faith with him. He's a good manager who will play good attractive attacking football given the right kind of backing in the transfer market. Pretty sure Robbie Keane will be moving there soon too.
