I like The Engineer's style. There is no doubt he is a very good manager. He's a gent, never complains about referees mistakes, or disses his players. I'm sure he'll not have a problem finding another top job. Only his age would, perhaps go against him.

Five points this weekend. 1. Payet is what makes West Ham tick and top six certainties, without him they are mid-table mediocrities. Still, they are making good progress under Slavin Bilac. I take them to finish 5th. In the French squad Payet probably has Pogba ahead of him but I'm sure they can accommodate him as Pogba can play several positions. 2. How many people still calling Spurs a one-man team? We have quality all over the pitch. Very pleased with the progress we are making under Mauricio Pochettino. 3. Generally I find that when one door closes another door opens but lately too many doors have been closing. I was up in Soho a couple of weeks ago and I hadn't been for about six months and I was genuinely shocked at what's happening up there. Whole buildings gone. Disappeared for ever. Complete vandalism.
