  1. Not being grumpy Doc, just don't like pubs full of rugger buggers. I like rugby and will enjoy watching it at home. Too many boorish tosspots with their collars turned up clogging up the pub is not my idea of fun.
  2. What KK said. Fuck off back to Clapham, East Dulwich is ours.
  3. Thankfully, I know you're just winding Titch up, Otta. Last season it was Harry Kane. Hopefully, both and the majority of the current Spurs squad will be around to grow and enjoy success together for a long time to come. I've developed a bit of a man crush on Dele Alli. He really is something else. Probably my favourite Spurs player since Teddy Sherringham.
  4. Based on that clip, totally justified.

I've come up with a genius plan, killing several birds with one stone. 1. Close all airports in London down completely and move them to Birmingham. 2. Build a high speed shuttle train service between London & Birmingham. 3. Build cheap affordable housing where the London airports once were. 4. Issue free ear mufflers to the people of Birmingham. Hussar! Housing crisis solved. No planes over London.
  6. Yes. It's a wonder you get any work done at all.
  7. Since his death, a lot of early David Bowie. Not rediscovered or forgotten about just hadn't played a lot of his stuff in a very long time due to overfamiliarity. And today it was this masterpiece from 1970.
  8. You have the mind of a sieve Otta.
  9. Facebook Friends Day videos. What fresh hell is this?
  10. I know. Long way to go. I keep tipping Leicester to lose but they keep winning. They've got to start dropping points soon. The Arsenal haven't won in four now but I think that will change at the weekend.
  11. I've already tipped the Arsenal to win the title and I haven't changed my mind. You may have missed that PD.
  12. It's always the same with Arsene. http://www.theguardian.com/football/2016/feb/03/arsene-wenger-ronald-koeman-arsenal-southampton
  13. Dele Alli has now scored more Premier League goals than Jack Wilshere has in his entire Arsenal career and he's only been around six months! Ooh! And we're now up to third. Leapfrogging the Arsenal. COYS!
  14. *Bangs head repeatedly against wall*
  15. Oh FFS! You don't go to a chip shop if you want a curry. Go to the source. Having a conversation about a problem doesn't have to be about confrontation.

If you have a problem with somebody speak them. Communication is all. Bleating on a local forum isn't going to achieve anything.
  17. Crikey! I've been critical of these threads in the past but even I've been woken by the planes now. Woke at 4am this morning and I haven't been able to go back to sleep because of the constant aircraft noise. They've been really loud this morning.

What utter tosh.
  19. I like The Engineer's style. There is no doubt he is a very good manager. He's a gent, never complains about referees mistakes, or disses his players. I'm sure he'll not have a problem finding another top job. Only his age would, perhaps go against him.

  21. You were forced to move next door to a pub? A lot pubs close their outside space at 10pm in consideration to their neighbours. I'd suggest having a quiet word with the people who run The Cherry Tree. That is definitely your best option.
  22. ?I have learned from my mistakes, and I am sure I can repeat them exactly.? ? Peter Cook
  23. 12 million quid for a fecking youth player! The world's gone mad.
