  1. Moos: Are any old swingers allowed like me? Haven't been to a Swingers Party for yonks.. Yonks=Never, sadly.:(

  3. She's got the raving hump because he's getting off on someone else other than herself. If he wants to Fly Solo surely he should be able to a la Charlie Lindbergh.
  4. The reason I started this thread is that I think we will experience a real diversity of views on this Subject, "Bob".
  5. Rich, White person adopts child from an African Orphanage, removing the child from her Roots, Heritage and Culture to live a life, surrounded by immense wealth in The USA. Is Madonna right to do this in your view, or is it an unhealthy reminder of our Imperalist past where some White people descended on and took what what they wanted from Africa?
  6. Knocking one off at our expense, we should take to the streets on Wednesday. (tu) Apparently her Husband was dressed as a milkmaid, had his manhood out, and commented that it was just a joke that had gone a bit too far, at least a tangerine and auto-asphyxiation were not involved. :) It's yet more 'do as I say not as I do', so presumably it was a 'fem-dom' film .......B)
  7. Most Unseemly.
  8. DaveR: "The dreadful service provided to customers by the old state monopolies was a standing joke "....how very true but I'm a hypocrite as I enjoyed 15 years working in one (Coal Industry) and it allowed me to concentrate all my energies on my Social life, both in and out of work. It would have put Maplins to shame. david_carnell : A fine analysis, considering you weren't around, Sir. Scargill wanted to overthrow The Government and was primarily responsible for the collapse of his own Industry, with more than a little assistance from Blessed Margeret. He was up for the ultimate ruck with Mrs T. and he got, perhaps, more than he bargained for. I don't think the blatant loss of Community Spirit in London, generally, is down to excessive Home Ownership. Indeed, I would view that as a stabilising factor, but I believe that most areas in Inner London, in particular, (though not East Dulwich) just simply have a wide collection of people simply sharing the same place with no natural affinity for each other. I have read too many comments on other Websites where too many contributors have said that they will help "their own" only, to believe otherwise, sadly.
  9. Usual argument prevails. Its all about proportion and extent of criminal activity. There was a Murder in The Orkney Islands, I understand, this year, the first for 24 years. By living in certain areas you drastically reduce your chances of having your door kicked in, for example. I never lock my car in my drive and when a friend is staying, I leave the back door unlocked and my side entrance is open, and yet I don't envisage any problems here in Bexley. Point is I would be far, far more reluctant to do this in Walworth (where I was brought up) or 100 other Inner London Areas, circa 2009.

  11. charliecharlie Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > dirty stop out... > I'm proud of you... I'm not proud Charlie, its just that Ladyfriends, by co-incidence, are nearly all exactly 30 years old, and want to party so wot can one do..sigh..

I moved from Inner London to The Suburbs 25 years ago and to be fair in the 300 homes in my street I've known 2 attempted burglaries and one actual burglary of a car stereo so yeah" "stuff happens" everywhere, I suppose.(6) Though I will settle for that in 25 years. Sorry to hear about anyones's loss.
  15. Great idea Rosie!..just like "The Good Old Days"...;-) Get Yer Cauliflowers 'ere.... Sorry, that should have said "Get Yer Cauliflower ear..."

  17. Huguenot deserves some credit here, on several levels, one must say.( Edited to say, despite the fact that he is becoming a grumpy old sod, sometimes):) I, rarely, get involved in "hypothetical" debates as, ultimately, no-one can proove anything, but as I was continuing to read this thread I,honestly and rather bizarrely was thinking I'm going to get mentioned in some context here and eventually I was. p.s. If you had difficulty deciphering any of that sentence citizenED I will provide a translation with admirable lucidity and brevity.
  18. citizenED Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Yea, TLS does Fisking along with a large dollop of > obsfucation....;-) How appropriate on this thread as any Politician worth his salt is a Master in obsfucation...
  19. Keef Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > So just so I'm clear , Fisking is what TLS does? I was enjoying my popcorn on the sidelines and I get dragged in Cheers My Son!;-)
  20. Sleep well. Some of us from the "edgy" Elephant and Castle have just stopped Partying. Staying out ;til the early hours from 35 years ago must still be in my system:)-D

REAL fences in those days before The PC/'elf 'n Safety mob arrived and told us that they knew whats best for us....:)) Spurs Won the Cup Final in that year which was my first! One question! I feel I'm just embarking on lifes long journey and my 30-year-old G/f feels the same so where did the last 48 f+++ing years go?
