He used to regularly say "Tony, please don't take my kindness as a weakness!"... Lovely Guy. "Knocked" me for ?600 and did a Runner....
  2. Saw Marianne Faithful on Tele t'other day. That reminds me, has anyone got a Mars Bar going spare?

Agreed, with the caveat that I certainly can be very upset about a person (or conceivably an Animal) that I have seen, regularly, but never actually met. I was very sad when Bob Monkhouse died and Emlyn Hughes, who embodied the Spirit Of Life lighting up the surroundings wherever he was, or people that have been part of my life via my living room, for nearly 50 years now. Maybe its also a sense of the fragility of life and ones own mortality. In other cases (not Jade) its a feeling that an era is coming to an end. Jade Goody. R.I.P.

On the contrary BBW!...Pissed off at losing ?350 today, admittedly but my g/f is upstairs beautifying herself for this evenings entertainment. I've already bought The Blossom Hill Wine (I'm classy like that!::o)
  6. bigbadwolf Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > JESUS FCUKING CHRIST TONY NOT YOU AS WELL!!! Sean > can you sort this all out please and bring the > thread to an end! I agreed and disagreed with their every word BBW and as a result have got several splinters right up my aris from sitting on the fence. I offer no opinion but quoted "Del" a contributor to The South London Press' Letters Page who was bemoaning the demise of many Camberwell Shops
  7. Miles. Miles? MILES !!!! Where art thou Romeo?
  8. Never mind Millwall. Could this be 'Pools Year?....It would be great to think so...
  9. May I respectfully ask that contributors stay "on topic" as I, for one, feel intense irritation when some hi-jack a thread and send it meandering off at a tangent. Thank You so very much. TLS onbehalf of The Management.
  10. No! Hang On! NOT what Keef and Rosie said..."Del" was saying that the area was snotty in the SLP soHE must think "class" exists as that usually equates to snobbery as in The Famous Sketch where John Cleese "looked down" on Ronnie Barker, who, in turn, looked down on Ronnie Corbett, who was depicted as Working-Class.
  11. Keef Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Brill post from Acid Casual! I've been saying for > ages there is no such thing as class anymore. Well "Del" Does Keef! Camberwell | Thursday 19/Mar/2009 | South London Press I prefer Camberwell without all those snotty things East Dulwich has.

  13. "You Cowson!" "You're a "Schemer" !" "Don't Soft-Soap Me" Have to say she was just the most fantastic loving person who I kissed and hugged every day, as an Adult (almost every day). As her Tombstone says "To My Darling Angel"...and she was! Happy Mothers Day Sweetheart! p.s. Don't mind me not going to the Cemetary today as it will be full of "once/twice a year 'ers" and the Flowers are overpriced accordingly. I'll be back there soon.;-)
  14. Back to Football...as the ORIGINATORS of the Song..(Tottenham please note!) its. WE ARE MILLWALL SUPER MILLWALL WE ARE MILLWALL FROM THE DEN.........OIIIIIIIIIIII

I agree, lets return this thread back to Football after my diversion, but MUST take issue with you on one point though Keef! Atila INSTIGATED every altercation he was involved in. He rubbished many peoples threads with comments like "I don't give a toss" etc when he was NOT part of any of the threads that I saw, and there were many that he INSTIGATED them on! Your comment does suggest that he is the respondee where nothing could be further from the truth! He didn't "rise" to anything he started the "ag":-$ with various Men and a Few Ladies, as well. Anyway 'nuff said as someone will complain (either Atila as the "victim" or others on his behalf (which, unbelievably, happened after HE kicked off the other night!)... Anyway Keef Point Taken and 'nuff said.

  17. Atila Reincarnate Wrote: As are most of your postings, anyway his attitude is indicative of all things Man U. Love your use of the smiley face by the way, very grown up and tasteful. A teenager telling "me" to grow up! lol So nice to hear from you again after your shenhanigans the other night! Now most people reading your multifarius abusive comments on a variety of threads, that night, would have been appalled at your general aggressive tone to all and sundry who crossed your path. Not I though ! I admire someone like you with an attitude. That kind of attitude should be emulated by more teenagers, though, obviously, that attitude will change as you evolve and mature. ).. See Ya and Keep On, Keeping On Putting The Boot In ! p.s. Glad to see you have sobered up now M8:)-D Try staying off the hard stuff if it doesn't agree with you though.

  23. ...even though I do initiate it, 'tis true, sticky tongue.
  24. Glad we can speak our mind, more freely, on this thread. Why do you keep waking me up, at some unholy hour with your chirpy banter KK, you old Bat?(6)
