Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > On the three occasions I went there (old > den)...er, twice it wasn't especially.....but I'm > West Ham ;-) Well you were in the middle of The Cold Blow Lane singing "Bubbles" with a Crow-Bar in your hand, which probably didn't aid "Entente Cordial"..B)
  5. :))Its diabolical. The moment they see a Non-White face they will hurl bricks and insults at you. The insults are the worst. They will ask you who the Millwall Reserve Goalkeeper is and if you do not answer correctly you will get an additional beating for supporting the Away side. If Millwall are playing Bradford or Luton or Leicester they will just assume that you are not local and you will get another hiding within an inch of your life......other than that its all fine M8 NOW back in the real World, you will be FINE ...I've supported Millwall since 1961, 48 long hard seasons ago and I'm no longer even in the NF or BNP!!(that was a joke btw)....I've been to thousands of games and I can assure you that you will encounter no problems unless, like almost any other ground, you support the other side vocally, while sitting in the middle of the "Home" Millwall End!! Millwall are doingtheir utmost to welcome all people so I can ASSURE you that you will not encounter any problems, my friend... If you want to know anything more, then please ask me...
  6. I was thinking of Simon Odubanjo who worked with a Group of us in the 1980's. Before he left he "borrowed" money from, almost everyone, and asked them all to keep silent about it. One night in the Pub months later a Guy mentioned it and it transpires that he conned everyone else sitting there, as well... When some Guys bumped into him on The Undergound months later he said that "He had found God".....to which they replied "Has God got that ?600 you "borrowed" to lend you?"...
  7. United 2 Porto 2 Great result for me as I laid United @ 5/4 when they were 1/0 Down and Porto @ 7/4 at the same time. I also laid 1/1 Score and Backed Over "3.5" Goals and did "Draw/Draw" on the "Half-Time/Full-Time" Market. Full House...

  11. louisiana Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- What a pity I wasn't part of being able to makethat record happen. :-S Tony, are you now an hon. resident of ED? Or is the position something akin to the Chiltern Hundreds? Well The Chiltern Hills were once notorious as a hiding place for robbers, and here in Bexley we have many Exiled "Inner" Londoners who are constantly looking over their shoulders so...;-)

  23. 2 Million? The least I would expect to pay for an Area that has not known any crime since Jacques Le Ripper, is free of cars and all pollution and has easy access to Peckham, and as an added bonus, Camberwick Green, additionally. Thats besides the endless acres of green space surrounding its environs, cheap at half the price if you ask me (not that you were)....:)
