  9. Their loss, Marmora Man and sad to see high level expertise being lost to the private sector. Sounds like your broad experience would bring with it the ability to see 'the bigger picture' (hate that expression, but sums up well here), which, I would imagine, would be ideal given the current and future challenges the NHS faces. I suspect budget (or lack of it) will continue to be one of the greatest challenges, especially considering all the quantitive easing that's been goin' on round these parts! I suspect not....

  14. charcoal any day get some nice big prawns, poor on olive oil, add chopped garlic and ginger and a sprinkle of crushed dried red chilli, squeeze on lime juice - leave in fridge to do its stuff for a few hours (or not if no time) slap it on the barbie... one or two mins either side and done... DELICIOUS
