can you tell us why you want to know first?

I felt a bit like this with my son, but he went to a montessori 3 mornings a week when he was 3.5 yrs and that meant he had to concentrate there,and i could be the person that played outside with him. All nurseries must get children to play outside some of the time, but if they need to run around a lot then a large open space is the best. They have got to learn to concentrate before they start proper school. Have you tried playing squash with him? this is a great way of tiring them out ( obviously you do not play to win, just to exhaust them).

i think she will recycle something. bits of her mums old dress etc etc.

2 weeks for us, baby was in a carry cot to begin with, and I put the carry cot in the cot for " naps" to begin with. I think the size of your flat/ house has a bearing!!

there you go. Madeliene McCann etc. happens all the time, but you only hear about it when something terrible happens.. Glad there is a happy ending. Maybe the child wont be be left alone again.

expert at what? every baby is different everyone has their own preferred parenting style. my mum told me not to breast feed and to add extra scoops of powder to formula. she did that for my brother and i . if i had relied on her advice it conflicted with friends in london. i dont think you can be an expert, you can just relay your experinces. i expect you liked your colleague and had confidence in her. on the other hand if you successfully breast fed all your children and are a mifwife too then you might be a babyfeeding expert? the forum is a great place to share experiences. keep it going.:)

hometrack is not worth paying for. If you really want to know, you need to pay a valuer to survey the property carry out detailed analysis and report to you with their findings including detailed analysis of their comparables. This takes skill and costs money. A buyer will spend the money to do this but vendors usually do some research of their own and ask agents round and then put the property on the market to " let the market decide".

I would warn that if you are buying a leasehold flat that an out of London solicitor may not be fully informed with getting a lease extension. In my experince they can sometimes be quite clueless ( of course this also applies to some London solicitors too).

why dont you ask your current agent why you should not put it with Foxtons?? and ask Foxtons about the houses being under offer being what percentage of their ( ie Foxtons) ORIGINAL asking price? Ask Foxtons what they will do to sell your house and then ask your current agent what they will do/ are doing. I suspect you will need to check what sales terms you have signed up to with your current agent though. YOu might end up having to apy them commission if you sell elsewhere.

How lovely it was, when going round an art gallery in Florence, to see the security guard in one room give up his seat to a woman to breastfeed. She was there quietly feeding away- and it was lovely to see- w, no need to hide in a corner of the room or the toilets. Of course there were many breasts on the walls anyway, but it was just so lovely.:)

yes but kids do leave things out, and they do get pinched. Just a warning- to parents to try and learn from this sorry incident to try and teach the children to make a point of lookng after their things.I'm not saying make it scary, but just learn together.
