I agree with the OP. It's where you did it tbat puts a value on it but to get into the good ones you probably need a semi brilliant cv/education already. I know two people who churned out an MBA for no obvious benefit. Just a dose of scepticism.

I have a fancy sky + phone/remote arrangement. Phone wife at home and ask her to press the red "R" button. Works a treat.

Shearer nailing Rooney for missed chances. Can't see those two sharing a bottle of wine any time soon. Ironically England were quite good and have more players who can attack defenders than they have had for a few years. That's the difference that might save them in next two games. Mortgage - I can see that the lender may want to have the same deposit:loan ratio as they agreed at the time of approving the mortgage and this could change if there was a significant change on the sale price (ie you keep the mortgage the same but you reduce your own funds by the amount of the price reduction). But for a small change in price I wouldn't have thought you would need to tell them. As for asking for a price reduction you could do it but you risk losing the property if the vendor thinks you are going to be a difficult customer and he thinks he can get the house under offer again at the same price quickly with another buyer.
