  1. Roy Keane has just gone favourite for the Celtic job. Get in there Roy.
  2. Airport cars is about 50. Advertised on this forum previously and very good service 08001357533.

  4. Pochettino announced for Spurs.
  5. I'd love for once to see a final that befits the event. That's the icing on the cake. Can't remember a good final since Argentina Germany in the 80s maybe.
  6. Rory...the golfer who keeps on giving according to RD about two years ago has finally started giving again. Caroline's loss is my gain. I wondered what was wrong and now I know.
  7. Yet another football thread..... Love the world cup quids but it often fails to deliver the big finale. But with highs and lows in the earlier stages. Looking forward to it. Just wish England had chosen a better manager and had dumped the old midfield. Looking forward to the England group games and the finger biting. England will not go "further than expected" last 16 at best.
  8. KidKruger Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Or... Address the dog and his anxiety, which is > what's actually the problem. Correct KK - recent TV programmes have shown the anxiety that many dogs feel when their owners are not there, one couple were so upset by the dog's obvious stress that one of them immediately gave up their job.
  9. El Pibe Wrote: > > I just said to a celtic colleague that they could > hire a squirrel frankly. Brilliant - Have you read the book "how to win friends and influence people - Irish Edition"
  10. red devil Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Neil Lennon to leave Celtic, and rumours that, > wait for it Mick, don't wet your pants, Henrik > Larsson to take over... I won't wet my pants. Much as I liked Larsson as a player...... unproven as a manger. Lennon was very good, sorry to lose him.
  11. I still like Mark Lawrenson but in the end he just got too fat for the slim fit shirts that are required wardrobe on MOTD and he had to go. You've got to stay fit to be a pundit.
  12. Parkdrive Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > My contempt for the modern day footballer plumbed > new depths yesterday with the story that broke > regarding Yaya "birthday boy" Toure. If you want > more money say so, if you want to leave, say so. > Don't make up some weak, pathetic excuse about not > being loved, If he feels unloved he obviously doesn't watch MOTD. Cringe worthy outpourings of love from Hansen and Shearer on a weekly basis.

  17. It seems 10 May was a Saturday, so the bloke had probably been on the beer for the day. Therefore probably not in a position to make as rational a judgement as some people by the time 830 pm came around. Its not good behaviour, but probably not a regular occurance and probably not something he would do sober. Why take a photo of him ? are you the wee police? Just accept we all agree that its not good behaviour and turn a blind eye.
  18. Still hoping for its first win.... "Silver Treasure has been declared to run in the 1:30pm (CET) at Le Croise-Laroce on Thursday 15th May. He has been drawn in stall 12 of 13 and top French Jockey Pierre-Charles Boudot rides."
  19. Good answer Jeremy.
  20. Next Permanent Tottenham Manager Next Permanent Manager Temporary or caretaker managers in charge for 10 competitive games will be deemed permanent and settled as a winner. Others on request. Mauricio Pochettino 5/4 Frank de Boer 2/1 Rafa Benitez 5/1 David Moyes 9/1
  21. Never back Jeremy SJ, he'll shaft you in a second.
  22. Cricket purposes only. Great thread Louisa.

El Pibe Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Noone thought too much about the euro 96 team > going into it, amazing how a bit of success can > turn a national mood around And in 1990...low expectations after Euro 1988 and guess what, a semi final - but then they had Gazza in 1990 (and in 96 too)
  25. Heard about this on the radio. I'm completely in agreement, pets get put down, humans have to suffer.
