  1. Really sorry to hear about these burglaries. There's so many more going on in the local area i.e. East Dulwich, North Dulwich, Herne Hill area that need to be highlighted somehow.
  2. Rude? Look at some of your own posts and replies to other comments!
  3. As pointed out earlier the Champion Park Estate has now become a dead end, i.e. cul de sac, and should be shown on the signs at the top of Dog Kennel Hill as such? Terribly thought out scheme that should have councillors that do not reply to emails, phone calls asking themselves why did they agree to it?

  5. Showed an ornament shop with the owner saying he was against the CPZ and also Sophie outside Farmer's against the CPZ. Then a short piece from Richard Livingstone from Southwark Council.
  6. Just seen it on the 10.30 BBC news. Showed Lordship Lane and some shops against the CPZ.
  7. What a shame, but at least Iceland wanted to stay in Rye Lane. Not like when they sold out their store in Lordship Lane to M&S a couple of years ago.
  8. Very confusing James! Are you saying that cyclists rule in Southwark?

Totally agree with you Rupert. There was never any need to close this road but Southwark seem to have gone ahead and suddenly installed cameras and blocked off roads on the right turn into the student halls. Not a good idea in general for anyone living nearby and certainly not for the students and would be students living in the halls I would think. Just seems a very strange decision. Can only think it has something to do with the cyclist lanes/routes around that area i.e. Greendale, Bessemer Grange Primary School that Southwark seem intent on putting in place.
  10. Walked past the new Iceland store yesterday but forgot to see what's happened to the old one. Is it just closed up or going to be anything new?
  11. Well, 1.2 million voters difference does sound frightfully impressive rendel! Wondering if the 'Put it to the people march' will allow for cyclists on the march or will you be walking?
  12. Seems very strange that Sainsburys ED would give over their space to Argos. Then again I've noticed that they don't seem to be on top of things lately in the store i.e. erratic prices, empty shelves for popular items, not enough staff around to query things but store managers prancing about.
  13. Slender margin or what (one point two million voters in 2016) hope the People March have a good day.
