  1. I'm in need of a pick me up. A new class or experience or challenge, feeling in a rut. Probably because I'm stuck with a foul cold right now and sorry for myself (I realise this is completely unreasonable) What's your weekly pick me up moment? What hobby do you really look forward to, I'm open to most things!
  2. How very thrilling, saw a similar thing happen in Soho Square but was a rat got nabbed
  3. I'd absolutely report it. If you can remember any physical details/description all the better, but I can guarantee it's not an isolated incident.
  4. My go to place for the loo is the cinema now.

  6. Depending where you are, Crystal Palace Park is close by and therefore Crystal Palace where you do find those lovely things mentioned. Some independent shops/cafes. Also close to the lovely Forest Hill
  7. If you're O neg type they let you join any session, as it's the most versatile in terms of matching.
  8. They accepted stuff then PAT tested it themselves for selling.
  9. A while back I saw a product that gave off a dog barking noise when the property was approached? Saves on food and walkies!
  10. I'm happily working right through it!
  11. Please report the unsafe practice direct to the staff, surely if they can see it's dangerous they will have to take action!

  13. Farewell kind James, I hope you enjoy your summer! Good luck with whatever endeavours you explore next.
  14. Oh this sounds fab, I've not long been a fan of the place as I was wandering around lost once and came upon it by accident. You've convinced me to go!
  15. Adding to the confusion today was the fact that the bus stop (Melbourne Grove) is closed but it's not obvious and buses were stopping causing tailbacks from the temporary traffic lights! I complained to TFL
  16. Another charity shop? Oh..

  18. I complained about the slow service one Sunday night. No traffic on the road and we were not held for 'regulating' the bus but every single stop, the driver opened the back doors first and waited till they were closed until opening the front. Doubled the journey time and I was spitting bricks by the time I was home!

Yep, that's been a rule since pre computerisaton

  21. I'm becoming really curmudgeonly about huge hedges in front gardens encroaching the pavement. That are twice the size again hanging over the fence, I get that you might have privacy issues, but the pavements are full of kids scootering and double buggies and what not, so TRIM the bloody hedge off the public pavement
  22. Seems like 'Clothes for causes' is gone too! Same strip

  24. I've TWICE been caught by both ticket machines being out of order, despite the sign saying 'this machine is emptied daily' Is either one working now please?
  25. He caught me late one night at the Elephant&Castle, quite a few people were sympathetic and trying to help because it looked genuine. I didn't carry cash luckily so didn't lose anything.
