Possibly, although true On Demand is difficult and relies on fast connections, faster than most people have at the moment I'd have thought. I also think people will still want a copy of it in their home, even if it's just a file on a hard drive as opposed to a tangible product, compared to having even unfettered access to it in the cloud somewhere. As an example we have full Spotify, Last fm and Napster accounts, but we still have 900+ albums on the music server and I'd be upset if we lost it.
