Hello I would just like to say thanks for starting this thread tom and to all who have replied it's been really eye opening. I'm not planning a baby yet but am thinking about going freelance so have been trying to work out if i'll be kicking myself in x amount of years when I want to start a family and don't get maternity leave etc. but it seems where there's a will there's a way! Thanks again x

Sue it also possible given that it seems to happen at the same time of day that they have a mental illness and it's just a routine thing and they are well cared for. Just another perspective - that's all. Edited to say I'm not in any way saying I think all is fine and rosy and nothing needs to be checked etc.

What a great programme. I don't think the son was trying to peek at her bits he was at angle where he was probably trying to only see from the head onwards because of the panic of trying to get the baby out quickly. I can't imagine ever wanting a son or daughter at the birth but each to their own. The poor cesarean lady was shaking so much. Glad they were both happy endings.

I saw a car back into the bumper of a british gas van on melbourne grove this morning at 8.35ish and there was a scooter in the space infront so could have been the same driver who then panicked to try and correct his van bumping! Good on you for getting the license number.

Update - just got on a train so all might be ok now but I wasn't at the LCD end so check.

I'm on ed station platform and all trains seem to be delayed so this is just a warning to check before you leave to come here - it might be worth getting the bus because there are now 3 trains worth of people on the platform!
