As I said yesterday, I saw the Bolton defeat and it has to be the worst performance I have seen from an Irons side in 25 years. Last night was as bad and the body language all over the pitch was wromg. It is not even the case that we can play a more robust form of football to help our case, we simply do not have the players. We sold badly and bought badly, I have no idea what players like Kovac, Franco, jimenez etc. are doing there, don't even get me started on Savio. This is Zola (and Nani's) team, bought in very difficult circumstances, yes, but a shower nonetheless. Zola is a great guy and was a great player, his Ideas on how football should be played are admirable but this is the real world and it is time for him to leave.

I was at the Bolton match a couple of weeks ago. The Hammerettes were the highlight of the entire game, sadly.

Anyone else quietly pleased Avatar didn't get the glory? This is based entirely on prejudice and the reviews I've read as I've not seen it myself or that 'locker' one. I saw Hurt locker last night, it was pretty good, well filmed/ directed. Not a bad story line but if I'm honest I've seen it done better before. However I've also seen Avatar and special effects apart, its shite. I think it's the most expensive film ever made, pity some of the budget didn't go on a script or storyline.

Brindisa is some of the best Tapas I've had, however getting in on a Saturday lunchtime? Impossible, surely.

In the post match analysis I heard the term "accidental back pass". Do you think that was foot to ball or ball to foot? Also did anyone else think the ITV lot, in particular Robbie Earle completely missed the Gobbi(?)-Robben incident, I thought it looked pretty damning to me (bodycheck disguising elbow in throat). I know Robben is a bit challenged in the standing up stakes but I thought a Red was entirely appropriate.

Is there another Wayne Rooney? The one I watch play for MU is a fantastic player with a full range of passing, work rate, goals and only 24 years old. What more could you want?
