Fair point. Although you can't dispute the fact that SOME people use it (and other social network sites, forums, blogs, etc) in a pointless manner (again, my view only). OK, maybe my view is not specific to twitter and I have the same view on those who feel compelled to post their exact movements on facebook. I can't remember any BBW's posts (Sorry BBW but I just have the memory capacity of a goldfish) but bad humour or not, I think everyone should leave off BBW now. Andystar, you need to man up and say something to her if she is being so rude. You cant let people get away with rude behaviour otherwise they will continue to think its ok to be an arsewipe :))

But Louisa, if you feel it's your right to honk your horn and express your feelings then you can't argue that the cyclist can't express his anger back. I'm sure if he had a big **** off horn, he would honk back instead of banging yor window but if you put it out there, generally you will get it back.

Geez lousiana, think that's fairly harsh to break down someone's post and analyse to an inch of it's life. Does anyone really care? I mean, it's obviously got right up your nose but Louisa was having a rant so misuse of words probably wasn't at the forefront of her mind. Lenk, how wrong it is for Ronay to post an opinion on a forum saturated with opinions. Everything you read on here is fact clearly. Opinions is what makes EDF interesting and mildy amusing. I've had a few experiences with very rude elderly people wag their bony finger in my face. One time was on a packed bus and there was a seat behind me which I didn't so she could shuffle past and take it. She then proceeded to roust me for "wasting" the seat! The other was in a theatre and literally 2 secs into performance I remembered my phone wasn't switched off so took it out my bag to switch off. I then felt two bony fingers dig into my shoulder (prod, prod, prod) with the witch wagging her finger in my face telling me off from using my phone. I have to say that I was incensed that they felt they had a right to touch me that I missed the first 10 mins. AT half time, I did confront them both (Mr Witch) and there was a performance the audience wasn't expecting. In short, sometimes old people think that this gies them the right to be a nasty rely on the fact that people are respectful to aged and will let them get away with it. I'm sorry but if you're a right sh1tbag, I will return serve. The moral of the story is that if you refused to help her due to her rudeness, she may think twice about her attitude. (tu)

A Brazilian bar serving sushi?? Might be me but I wouldn't be rushing out to try it. Part of the experience is the environment so you wouldn't find me going to the ritz for a indian curry for example. Good luck to them anyway.
