My goat is fine it?s my bum that is the problem with those hard seats. I propose that they are replaced with recliners so that I can relax, drink my coffee and read my comic in peace on the way to work in the morning. In all seriousness thought the bus services into central London from ED are pretty good. I find that if I hop off the bus and then get a train and a tube I cut my journey to Westminster by about 15mins for the extra hassle so sometimes I do one and sometimes the other.
I don?t find them that bad. Definitely not as bad as SW trains were when I lived that side of London. If you live in ED you also have the choice of using Denmark Hill or Peckham Rye stations.
I don?t really mind them to be honest. I just prefer Nandos. Grazing down a whole peri-peri chicken after a few beers is way better than a cheese burger. No matter how blue it is.
A very high proportion of the people in this world are unfortunately complete bastards. It is best to just accept this fact and ignore them, especially when you are a few beers down and on the bus. That No12 route is a bugger for annoying wankers though. I have been in a few altercations on it myself. I would recommend a spot of meditation while waiting at the bus stop. Zen and the art of taking the night bus kinda thing. You have also brought up the point that bendy busses throw you around more when you are standing up than double deckers do.
Well unlike most of European countries the UK doesn?t make it difficult for people to buy houses as an investment rather than a home. So those with spare cash lying around can take opportunities like this to snap up cheap property and exacerbate the country?s housing crisis. At least it will help keep the estate agents off the dole.
Nando?s would be great! I love ?em. And they?re hardly the corporate monster that McDs and the like are. They were started by a couple of guys from round my way who had their first restaurant in my home town about 15 years ago. Definitely better than GBK if I had to choose.
I may not have the car either citizen. My position, which I?m sure is similar to yours, is such that if women decided to have babies I don?t have a car. I will have to see if any of them are due. Oh Jah don't worry I haven't played an actual game of cricket in about 13 years. This is why we must have a net. This Saturday anyone?
