With rotten teeth and cesspit breath to boot!

Give me the dosh NOW!!!!

In Nidd indeed - Narnia, Katie8729 etc. may be prepared to tolerate this tosh, but I aint havin it...no such place as "in Nidd". Now hand it over or else....

Piff....

Winners play by the rules & you have to be in it to win it

"Marshall Mellow" our resident number generator ( he's a bloody clever guinea pig ) will "select" the winners on Friday nite

"Inn Nidders" have till 7pm to comply

Good luck to everyone

Prieszes* are collectable from secret LSL locations ( tbc )

Well, we'll see...

( jeezus, it's hot in here )

Anyway, who cares about human ability re random number selection. If "Marshall Mellow" can drive me back from the dentist, then I'm sure he's perfectly qualified to make the draw on Friday

Ian, have you made your selection yet?

Well Rosie..

You ( & only you ) could have 3 & 4 (whole numbers)as a lucky pair .

Narnia tried pi & rightly ended up "in Nidd" though he was pushing his luck elsewhere

Should "Marshall Mellow" pick pi , then I'm sure we can sort out a " Bonus super prieaze* "

Lastly, good luck Rosie

"They're in the draw & on the board"

*polishes numerical balls *

I was thinking the same. Can i have 0.1489361 please. It is that time again.

Dammit, didn't wade through all the gazillions of posts to see whether pie was already in there.

It is a tasty little number though, whether steak or cherry, with gravy or custard, puff or shortcrust, plate or deepdish.

Anyway, 3 and 4 I will take - together they make 7 - and everyone who believes in things like numbers knows that that is lucky.

    • John recently skimmed the walls in our front room lounge, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. From start to finish, he was professional, punctual, and easy to work with.   He arrived on time each day and kept me updated on progress, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of his plastering is smooth, even, and ready to paint with minimal prep. He takes real pride in his work.   John was also very tidy, laying down protective sheets and cleaning up thoroughly after the job was done. It’s clear he respects his clients’ homes, which I really appreciated.   On top of that, he’s friendly, approachable, and trustworthy someone you feel comfortable having in your home. His pricing was fair and transparent, with no unexpected costs.   Highly recommended if you're looking for a skilled and reliable plasterer. I’ll definitely be using him again for any future work.
    • You what???   Think you Should have gone to woodfalls 😁
    • Your second point contradicts your first (and previous post)
    • I'm guessing they're busy. I found out just now that the SNT has tracked down the kids who attacked my dog, had strong words with their parents, and the gang has now broken up. I got a lot of detail, which I won't go into here, but it sounds as if they were also quite compassionate towards some of the kids, some of whom may not have had the easiest of lives.  I know that those kids had nothing to do with the attack of the man in August and that they are also aware of the fireworks problem. Sounds like good community policing.
