What is your favourite bottle of beer?

Don't limit your selection to what's available in the UK. So if you like something a bit more exotic do share.

I think of all the ones I've had it would have to be Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout for a nice winter's day. On a hot day though, Crouch Vale Brewers Gold.

Also, there's a dark Belgian beer, I forget the name, but it comes in a big vase-like glass sat in a wooden frame.

I love Fraoch. I've their Kelpie as well - it has seaweed extracts. Really nice. Snorky, which bavarians? hefe-weizen, bock, lagers...? do tell.

Someone once brought some alcohol-free beer to a barbecue. We ran out of the alcoholic variety, so I tried mixing it with vodka. It did not taste good.

Really like bottled Peroni, but think it's vile from the tap... Similar story with Budvar.

Peroni from the Plough taps is pretty good (but agreed it's not the same as the bottled stuff)

Not a fan of the Grolsch but the wheat version is quite tasty.
