Did I suggest there was? I thought it was a curious fact, and agree with you on the reasons..

Yes - I was out last night for a few guinness.

I knew who LG supported - was just being awkward. Seemed funny at the time.

Disappointed in my team's performance most certainly but to be jealous of a juvenile pig-headed @#$%& like you? Never.

True.

There was nearly a situation with that game they called off late in the snow (Stoke) where they were actually expecting tens of thousands less due to travel problems but they would have declared 60 for a half full stadium!

I think Cole has been outstanding recently - that goal from the John Terry pass a few weeks ago will be my vote as goal of the season. He also played a key role in demolishing arsenal at Emirates.

I suspect he will be a key player for Capello and as usual (english fingers crossed) the 3 months is conservative and he will be fit before then.

    • @NewWave I know how you feel. Like you, I've lived and spent prolonged periods of time in some pretty crazy places and always thought I could handle a bunch of kids. But, no - they got to me and I was shaking like a leaf afterwards. That's what age does to us.  But I did engage with them, so bear that in mind.  My advice would be to never let anything like that stop you doing the things you love. I'm certainly not going to stop using the park, there's no way they get to take away our cherished spaces!  If you see them, just change tack and keep out of their way. My dog won't even go that way again, so that's that problem solved. (If I see them again, I'm going to keep taking photos from a safe distance).
    • Truly horrific. Being passive or fighting back is what many of us think about by violent theft.
    • What ridiculous waste of money
    • Lots of good primary schools within reach of there. Fairlawn, Goodrich, Ivydale and Horiman. Secondary schools you will definitely get into the Harris Academies or Sydenham Girls or Forest Hill Boys, you might just be on the boundary for the East Dulwich or North Dulwich Charter but it changes every year.
