I thought LG's post was funny - and then to use that SP as an excuse to accuse Wenger is a disgrace.

Bad game yesterday, diving, cheating, snarling - no real complaints about the final score but the behaviour of United supporters just goes from bad to worse. Not sure why they cause so much trouble up an down the land but they are giving the rest of their fanbase a very bad name.

The one positive I would say is the take up of the green & gold protest scarves by a large proportion of their support - even if it is the Glazers themselves who are behind this latest example of Yankee ingenuity to fleece fans.

I didn't say he was an alcoholic just that a glass of whiskey would have made him sleep well.

Am picturing ???? and MP with one of these:

West Ham United return home on Tuesday for the visit of Wolverhampton Wanderers and as ever the fans will have a vital role in making it a memorable night under the lights.

To help provide a deafening atmosphere at the Boleyn Ground and send a clear message of togetherness to those watching on TV and around the world, principal partners SBOBET have sponsored a giveaway of 30,000 clap-banners.

Made famous by the FA for the England football team at Wembley, the free gift follows on from the special scarves handed out to supporters back in December and are sure to make a noisy impact on Tuesday night

The claret and blue clap-banners, featuring the words Come on you Irons!, will be available to home fans once they take their seats. As well as being used to make plenty of noise, they can also be held up to show support at key moments in the action - not least when the team take the field to the sounds of Bubbles

Whatever happened to proper football?

Ouch. The people who run the club have a terrible habit of getting everything a bit wrong.

for starters those awful plastic towers. Then the Hammerettes, then getting rid of the Hammerettes, that terrible cartoon sponge when there's an injury....oh I could go on...

"happy clappy bollocks (this is one step too far)" ...would sum up the politer responses on forums.

Agree with Mockney really decent atmosphere at home have gone with a few exceptions - Ipswich Play off (x2) ..and.er....Millwall at home this season...

I'm surprised there wasn't more noise at the Emirates thogh LG, our away support remains pretty good and vocal. To be honest away fans make more noise at most grounds nowadays - or those of the half decently supporeted teams anyway.

Go away, PGC. Honestly, Millwall seem to have some sort of hoo-doo over Leeds at the moment. And don't even get me started on play-off failures.....the way we're playing at the moment we'll be in the play-offs AGAIN this year. And lose AGAIN.

Another season of mediocrity awaits.

Ho-hum.

Quite dusty paws which also made me think perhaps they’d been roaming away from home for a few days. Took photos in case anyone is missing them! Very pretty, friendly long-haired black and white cat, leopard print collar, pink paw-print metal tag. They eventually stopped following us across the road from Mrs Robinson.
    • I took it to mean that he was going to present all sides of the argument (for want of a better term) rather than just giving his own opinion. I didn't take it to mean that he was calling "his own views" balanced.
    • I just did this survey. There are a number of problems with it. For example, in at least two questions you have an option "other, please specify" but there is no way to specify what the "other" is. Also, you have several questions where if you have nothing appropriate to answer, you get a statement "this is a required question", or words to that effect, so you have to put in something like "nothing" in order to move on. Can I suggest that this is likely to confuse people so they just give up half way through? Maybe you should test it out on a few people before going "live" with it?
    • I went to Brockwell Lido on a hot day last summer to do some lengths. It was busy.  I kept getting other people's hair, which was floating around the pool, tangled in my hands. It was gross. I'm not sure if that was unusual, or if it's always like that on a hot day.
