Erm.....bored senseless at work with nothing else to do apart from reading what the ED community are up to, honestly some of you are legends in your own minds and this is only very slightly the cliquiest forum I've ever been on! amuses me no end!

I really don't think it is very cliquey (although I can see why you do think that). I just think there are a lot of people who use this a lot, and so are used to each other, but I don't think newcomers are pushed away or left out by a clique.

Once or twice people may not have gotten particularly warm wecomes if they have come on here all guns blazing, but for the most part I'd say people are wecomed with open arms.

Technically that is what one calls an ?angry mob? Jah.

I love the fact that you, Dave CPR, are so unaware of how another can be affected by something that does not personally affect yourself. Blissful ignorance. Lack of Empathy. Cold hearted.
    • Not fair on the patients or the consultants, either.  My brother's an ED consultant and he is on his knees - they all have the flu but have to work through it, because it's so busy at this time of year. Adding the strike to this just makes everything feel even more impossible and he's pretty low right now.
