lynners
I saw a flier saying that this was happening specifically on the 28th March, but are people doing it every night? So lovely if they are.If so will try and get a Landells Road possie together. So lovely. The other one I've heard about is people putting a picture/painting of. rainbow in their window as a beacon of hope. Haven't seen this yet in East Dulwich but want to do this on the weekend. chichirara
There sounded like more of us at my end last night, between Upland and Tyrell, an an ambulance drive past whilst we were clapping. I?m glad it?s also bringing a connection to people who are stuck inside Heather Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/251261-clapping-for-the-nhs/#findComment-1411485 Share on other sites

first mate
I would also suggest that at a separate time in future we recognise the role of carers and care home staff who will be putting themselves at risk in the coming weeks to care for the most vulnerable as well as elderly members of our society. This includes those working in care homes which may cater for young as well as old, as well as those working to care for people in their own homes. Many care workers are being asked to work with little or no PPE at all. Care work seldom receives the acknowledgement it deserves, perhaps now is a good time. Applespider
Was pleasantly surprised around Wood Vale. More houses than not clapping of those I could see from my window. A few started early and were loud enough to alert me to the time!
