We've just done The Killing (us version) as it was free on Virgin and have to say it was excellent.

GoT is good, I did three episodes then started again and was much happier and it just keeps getting better.

There's just a shed load of characters and setting and intrigue and working out who the bloody hell is who when you start, so the reset worked really well for me.

Thanks to Netflix I finally got aquainted with the US Office and have ploughed through the first 6 seasons. Very well written and Steve Carrells take on David Brent is sublime, an exuberant man-child. Its a tad more sympathetic than the Gervais original without surrendering to the american tendency for schmaltz...bugger all else on Netflix though barring Breaking Bad & Sons of Anarchy.

Husker, yes it is true. We watched the first episode and, while with a myriad of other boxsets we were totally hooked, with the Sops, neither my husband nor I had any interest in continuing to watch.

What are we missing? We didn't find it funny, gripping, interesting, thrilling, nothing. V disappointing.

24 on the other hand, we watched four episodes time after time. V lazy I know but loved it.

Sopranos is pure genius. You need to give it a chance.

    • Yep dangerous and worrying and plenty on here seem to either not grasp that or are perfectly ok with it - which is more worrying you think cancerian or any other reform voter will be any happier if reform win? Sure, just like Brexit they will laugh at the lib-tears but as reality hits, nothing but more anger and complaints   And as we see with Brexit and Trump, finding out too late doesn't solve anything
    • Yes, and it's dangerous and worrying.
    • What was he knocking for?  What was actually said?  Why did he become aggressive?  More context is needed 😶

We already have such deals with numerous countries. It's only for some short-term workers. It means companies aren't paying into 2 parallel social security schemes at the same time. And the deal's reciprocal
