Mag was done for the party though... All for EDT, especially as it was an early one, and I missed it for some reason. Anna please don't feel uncomfortable, you've made a fair point about your experiences, and are probably one of the best placed people to give an opinion on said establishment.

The only forumistas allowed to place a vote are the ones who turned up to the upland bash.

options so far:-

CPT Clockhouse Magdala...................castle and vale far too controversial and montpellier too remote.

Okay admin nows your chance to shine, how do we place our votes on your system please.

rather than bother Admin to set up a poll system (which can be rigged i.e. lurkers could just all vote for somewhere they have no intention of going) why not just everyone state their first and second choice place and than add it up later. I'll start:

1) The Herne

2) The CPT

    • In all honesty they should open up a pub for the students to really rile them up
    • As I understand it, Poundland itself  has been saved (and is reassessing what it sells and its pricing strategy) but nevertheless is getting rid of a quite a few stores, including the ED one. There was a thread on here about it before it opened, and Lordship Lane always seemed to be a very odd choice of location for what used to be called a "pound shop".
    • But without knowing why they were removed, I don't see how we can comment. Does anybody know the reason?  I thought Malumbu's post was useful information, given the subject matter of this thread  I didn't think it was patronising.
    • Milo came home briefly last night but was unsettled and incredibly wary of us. We know he's be staying at other people's homes on and off over the summer, and this is very unsettling to him. If he's coming to yours for food or inviting himself in for the night, please turn him away or put him back out. He has a home, he is loved, and he is well looked after when he is here. He probably goes elsewhere as he not a huge fan of his medications or diet, but he has those for a reason. If he's not here, we can't make sure he stays well or be sure he's safe.
