Ha. God love the French and their spiky ways. When I was living in Brittany a local town(Pontivy) in a fit of anti-globalisation pique situated their McDonalds(that had been foisted upon them) right next to the local rendering factory, and mon dieu it stank to high heaven. At least they stick up for themselves, we could learn a lot from our Gallic cousins. But your right, it was probably them what made the smell.

I love the fact that you, Dave CPR, are so unaware of how another can be affected by something that does not personally affect yourself. Blissful ignorance. Lack of Empathy. Cold hearted.     
    • Not fair on the patients or the consultants, either.  My brother's an ED consultant and he is on his knees - they all have the flu but have to work through it, because it's so busy at this time of year. Adding the strike to this just makes everything feel even more impossible and he's pretty low right now.
