I'm happy if it's Franca Manca. Much more useful than the Draft House was (as sad as it is to see a business fail).

Back to the topic the Draft house it closed a fair few months ago and still it remains empty and boarded up with nothing going on inside, not a squiggle of life from Frano Manca. I have had a peer through the front door and it is as it was. My point is , that its a shame its been left boarded up and empty , perhaps a pop up could have filled the void in the interim. Just an opinion, I would rather shops are open then boarded up........

I guess it takes a while to build a brick pizza oven, and difficult for someone to run a pop-up while you're doing it.

If anyone is crying out for pizza I can heartily recommend the new place in Honor Oak, Soda I think it's called. Could teach Snr Manca thing or two about pizzas.

Where in the Draft House is there space for a Brick Oven.... ?

And being that there is residential accommodation above, I doubt very much it would be allowed.

There would be considerable problems with Heat and Insulation.

May be wrong. ??

And most brick ovens in london have, I suspect, residential space above

I love Franco Manca pizzas, but Il Mirto is just as good for me.

I doubt FM will have taken out a lease on a property if there was the slightest chance of not being able to operate with flats above. And their pizzas are as good but half the price of Honor Oak.
