Hello There,

So, I have lots of baby items, mainly clothes 0-3, 3-6 and 6-9 months and mainly for baby girls... Many items have never been worn or worn once or twice, Jojo's, John Rocha, lots of NEXT, Jasper Conran, M & S and such like. Perfect if you or someone you know has a bubba or is expecting one soon!

I dont have the energy to list all items on Ebay so Im having an open house this Friday 1-4 pm if there's enough interest- so come and grab yourself a bargain! Ive labelled all items in size order and will have them displayed on clothing rails etc for easy viewing. Prices from 50p

Please drop me a line and/or text me if you would like to attend so I have an idea of numbers and I will text on Friday morning to confirm my address.

Any questions feel free to ask

Hope to see you there!

Hello ED Mummies and Mummies to be! So far everyone on here is excitedly expecting baby number two! And I'm betting that you all have a lot of great advice; but I'd also love to chat/ meet up with any first time Mum's with little one's expected in Autumn. I'm due 14th of September.

Sherry x

Congratulations everyone!

It would be great to meet up with you all. I wondered whether anyone is free on weekdays. I'm still on maternity leave with my first so pretty flexible for meeting up during the day. Or we can try for an eve/wknd day if that suits everyone better.

Anyone interested? What works for you? X

Congratulations from me too! I am due with my second on 4th November. My daughter will be 3 at he end of November.

I am flexible with my work and am around daytimes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays so would be keen to meet up with both first and second timers.

For my first we arranged most meetings via E-mail rather than the forum and I would be happy to sort out a mailing list if you ladies like the idea?

    • He did mention it's share of freehold, I’d be very cautious with that. It can turn into a nightmare if relationships with neighbours break down. My brother had a share of freehold in a flat in West Hampstead, and when he needed to sell, the neighbour refused to sign the transfer of the freehold. What followed was over two years of legal battles, spiralling costs and constant stress. He lost several potential buyers, and the whole sale fell through just as he got a job offer in another city. It was a complete disaster. The neighbour was stubborn and uncooperative, doing everything they could to delay the process. It ended in legal deadlock, and there was very little anyone could do without their cooperation. At that point, the TA6 form becomes the least of your worries; it’s the TR1 form that matters. Without the other freeholder’s signature on that, you’re stuck. After seeing what my brother went through, I’d never touch a share of freehold again. When things go wrong, they can go really wrong. If you have a share of freehold, you need a respectful and reasonable relationship with the others involved; otherwise, it can be costly, stressful and exhausting. Sounds like these neighbours can’t be reasoned with. There’s really no coming back from something like this unless they genuinely apologise and replace the trees and plants they ruined. One small consolation is that people who behave like this are usually miserable behind closed doors. If they were truly happy, they’d just get on with their lives instead of trying to make other people’s lives difficult. And the irony is, they’re being incredibly short-sighted. This kind of behaviour almost always backfires.
    • I had some time with him recently at the local neighbourhood forum and actually was pretty impressed by him, I think he's come a long way.
