As an occasional customer, I care. The landlord upped this rent by 25% killing any profit margin, so he now just has his Forest Hill pizza place. Can we avoid the usual good shop/bad shop bile please?

Speedo for me was better than Dominos and the guys there were great.

I'm probably more concerned how I'll fare buying from the FH branch of Speedos than what will take the place of the closed ED site.

Pizza is just posh cheese on toast anyway. You can get it in Iceland for ?1 - what sort of imbicile would pay more than that for a pizza?

The more yuppie trappings the better I say. Especially if it means glamorous people sunning themselves outside looking cool, eating/drinking whatever overpriced pizza replacement comes around. I love all that.

Oh for goodness sakes (I said something else in my head). I started the thread about the EDD because it's become iconic and is in a prime retail spot. Totally different to an old pizza shop. No one cares!
