Chelsea look formidable. In many ways it's good to see Man City, Arsenal and Spurs all get off to good start as it makes the Title a lot more exciting than for just the Big 3. Out of the 3 mentioned I think Man City will sustain their challenge right through to the end - they simply have too many good players with experience not to make an impression.

I don't think Arsenal are physically strong enough to come through the long winter unscathed both in terms of their traditional graveyards in the North and the fact smaller, frailer players (which Arsenal seem to have packed in their squad) tend to pick up continual injuries. In the meantime, I expect Arsenal to visit Old Trafford on Saturday and rattle a good healthy win and keep their momentum going for another few months.

Lively encounter. I think 1-1 would have been a fair reflecion even though Spurs did it edge it in both play and goals ultimately. I don't know whether that means we should be thinking about being more ambitious or whether Spurs should be concerned that they're nowhere nearthe finished article.

What was Cole thinking though!?

Matt - don't let Atila hear you talking about a Big3.

Good to see that in my absence you've been consistent, as in consistently talking out of your backside.

There is certainly only a big1, and that would be the poster of the above qoute.

I'd discount them at your peril Sandperson especially if they turn you over at the weekend. They may not be the finished article yet and with Fabregas out injured things could get a little wobbly for them but I'd never write them off and they've been very impressive so far.

National 'conversation' responses close 14th Jan.  https://www.specialneedsjungle.com/leaks-denials-fake-conversations-not-inspire-parental-confidence-send/ Closer to home, Councillor Ali has conducted a review of parent and child experiences of exclusions in Southwark and reports back to those who contributed at a dated TBC in January. • For some strange reason, hubby likes to spend 'big' on family cards birthday and Christmas. I think it may have stemmed from his mother- she equated money with status and was a bit of a snob!  She was also quite eccentric - we asked for a suitcase one year and got a set of 4. One year she gave hubby the equivalent of a hearing aid - it was a device to hear bird song. Nobody we know send expensive cards. We have a twice yearly set of cards from the Foot and Mouth Painting Artists and have done for the last 30 plus years. I think they are around £12 for set of 10  - cannot remember what we paid this winter but they are fantastic value and beautiful paintings.  One of the best places around to buy cards is the Fair Trade Centre at Christ Church Barry Road. Fantastic selection with a starting price of £1.30.
