To the critics above: seriously, what's wrong with using the forum for this kind of stuff? Never had one of those moments? A moment where something happens and you think you're entitled to be outraged, but the other party seems totally disinterested, so you start a thread to test the waters and maybe get some reassurance that you weren't being unreasonable.

I think it's exactly what the forum is for, if that's what you need it to be for at that moment: all things to all men an' that.

Quite agree jrthomas_uk. Can't believe the brouhaha over some woman changing her baby's nappy on a table in an eatery, and as you rightly point out, the hyperbolic language used to express horror over....what is fundamentally not that big a deal.

So a baby's bum was on display. Frankly, I can't be @rsed to add anything more on the issue.

The problem I have with this is the Mother is obviously one of those middle class types dragged up from the gutters of London and blessed with the decorum of Roy Chubby Brown. However this is ED and self self self is the order of the day. I was having a coffee in Cafe Nero where I witnessed a mother breast feeding, although natural, I would prefer not to see that sort of thing whilst sipping a tall one, and I remember thinking, why not express at home when you are going out?. I did choose to ignore it but my 5 year old son was fascinated by the whole debacle.
