So... where is one?

Nero we've got by the roundabout, Starbucks is now married to Sainsbury's, but where's the nearest Costa?

I quite like my Coffee Cooler, and they're unfortunately the only franchise that do it (Starbucks Coffee Frapuccinno is not the same thing) -- but a quick google search shows that there aren't any for miles around.

That can't be right can it? There must be one on Denmark Hill at least?

Ah yes you're right - http://www.costa.co.uk/locations/store-locator/

I knew there must be one on that high street somewhere

Cheers!

Their coffee coolers are my jam. I know that Starbucks do something similar, but it's 10x more sugary and sticky.

Last time I tried Nero they practically laughed me out the shop when I asked for it, and I'm reasonably sure the local cafe's (though offering probably superior coffee blends) don't do it.

^ didn't know Kings even had a Sainsbury's -- cheers.

Ah you're not missing much, but essentially if it's a really hot day and you want a cold drink that will last you a long long time -- then a coffee cooler is the way to go:

Take a sip, top it up with water (x1000)

    • Would this not be a complaint better aimed at the council? Isn't it an anti social behaviour issue?  I think of myself as pretty live-and-let-live and feel like a miserable cow for saying this, but I do think I might complain. Personally I love the sound of fireworks but our dog is under the table, shaking like a leaf night after night and collapses in the street when he hears the noise.  I'm worried his heart'll give out.
    • The lower / no bang noise fireworks sound great.    Is there anywhere local selling those?
    • This petition to reduce the noise of fireworks is currently going through Parliament https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/738192
    • Have you complained to the solicitor directly and did they respond within the 8 weeks they have under their code of conduct - I presume they have and this is why you have escalated further to the SRA? If he doesn't respond in a timely fashion per the SRA code of conduct then I am sure they will need to take action.
