A shooting star

Did I just (18.49 hours) see a shooting star out west in the village direction or have I been drinking too much herbal tea? It was green (the star not the tea)

According to my Google moon phase thing it's full right now.

Spaceweather says that bits of the debris from the satellite collision are starting to enter the atmosphere so maybe that's what you saw.

I saw it as I was driving home, very bright in the West. Seeing as I got home at 7 this must have been about 6:50. Saw it in Brockley! Wow - glad to have it confirmed. I thought it was a tracer flashback from my acid days!

A green flame is produced by Boric acid, which is also used as a retardant in nuclear reactors. I'm wondering if this was a nuclear power satellite?
