Power Cut in SE22

Anyone just experienced a power cut..

I lost power for about 30 seconds

But have since received a Text. from UKPN of a Power Cut Alert.

Yes me - we have police and fire engines outside, not quite sure what's happened but a lot of people don't have any power.

Manhole fire on oakhurst road. Power out as a result. Any safe deposit boxes nearby beware!

Thanks for posting that. I had two spontaneous computer shutdowns, with no faults loggged, at 18:27 and 19:15. There was no obvious sign of a power cut, but the coincidence in time is enough for me not to worry about any more system checks for the time being.

Had a power cut same kind of time in Crawthew Grove, was just about to hit send on a job application when it happened. Thankfully I had the text in OneNote so didn't lose it.
