Asset
No urban myth, the American administration was funding the IRA terrorism in the name of freedom for years. Hypocritical arses. bigbadwolf
AssetAlthough I may be wrong, I find it highly unlikely that any U.S administration would fund any sort of terrorist activities against an ally it needs to keep sweet since we're effectively their biggest aircraft carrier next to Europe, something that would've come in handy during the cold war and is now proving useful in the 'war' against terror.I myself have heard of these accusations, but I think it's more a case of wealthy Irish Americans who sympathise with their bog cousins who're providing the cash for weed killer and sugar. bigbadwolf
I do however think it's hypocritical of them to block extradition proceedings against these criminals. It would be genuinely nice family viewing to see them burnt alive on national television, or drowned. EDKiwi
lol, great video clip Ted Max. What was that off? Reminds me of the Monty Python one where they talk about how hard it was growing up.."...Coal! You were lucky, we had to eat dirt for breakfast, then walk 10 miles to school over broken glass!"As for the Americans, it seems that they believe that everyone in world should be free to have their own opinions and make their own decisions.....so long as they coincide with theirs. Maybe we should also start an American stereotyping thread? :) Link to comment https://www.eastdulwichforum.co.uk/topic/7682-scotland/page/3/#findComment-241591 Share on other sites
