BBW, no they're not. No more than you deserve anyway.

No booze at all here, I'm a rubbish honourary dad, just me fighting overwhelming boredom and the urge to eat everything in the fridge (which admittedly is only two fish cakes, three slightly soft carrots, a yogurt and half a tub of soft cheese).

Very sad really.

Send the man to the shops Anna, to get you something nice.

Left Footer

Have always been curious of this

kick:

To say that someone kicks with the left foot is a humorous way of saying that the person is a Catholic.

Someone described as kicking with the wrong foot professes a different religion from that of the speaker. This phrase is used especially by Protestants of Catholics and vice versa. Scottish members of non-Christian religions have yet to be heard employing this expression.

The terms allude to the belief in the North of Ireland that Catholic farm workers use their left foot to push the spade when digging, and Protestants the right.

    • A quick assessment on having a barter scheme amongst the community. An exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    I wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? Or perhaps  an additional aspect of the forum itself if it was easy to include? I don’t have IT knowledge to set this up unfortunate, but I do have skills that I could offer. From past experience, it would probably work best as a direct exchange rather than coupon credit.    I may be flaunting the rules by posting on this twice, admin please feel free to delete one if this is the case.

Thank you for stepping up.   whilst I’m here, I was thinking it would be a good idea to have a barter scheme amongst the community. an exchange of goods and services may be really helpful during these difficult times.    wonder if it’s something that someone would be willing to set up separately and link to the forum? • As they have been closed, either as an antique shop or a cafe, for a number of years, the words 'go whistle' spring to mind. They are history now.
