I love this idea, and may I also be so bold as to suggest a good quality ducking stool for Dulwich Park? I feel that if local vagabonds were aware that they would get to take the plunge, it could put them right off their carry on...

Merryfields does bespoke...if you have semi unlimited funds.

hi Tallulah71 / Micmac etc.

somehow we've gone from 'amazing seafood pasta' - quote from your last comment about us a few months ago, to 'crap'. We still use the same ingredients and have the same chef. I guess you had a problem with us somewhere along the line, however, should you decide to return to Si Mangia at any point in the future - please make me aware as to who you are, and why you have changed your opinion so drastically.

If not, then it might be more productive to let the manager or staff know of any problem you have in any other establishment you might visit before making such a sweeping, and insulting, comment on a public forum.

Although it is only a small percentage of our customers that use this forum, all our customers are important to us.

Kind Regards,

My part of Dulwich, lacks proper traffic lights at the junction of Barry road and Underhill road.

The indiference of the council on this request, makes us voters wonder why we bothered.

The accidents at this junction have reached unaceptable proportions.

People are frightened to pull out in their cars.they have not got a clear view, others are terrified their children

will be killed on the pavement from crashing cars.

Maybe there isnt enough money in the currant climate, but I suggest they should take some money from whatever fund

they are using to tart up buildings, and fancy shard type symbols just to impress whoever is coming to see the Games,

And maybe they can sort out the black spot junction.

You're a fan of 'street furniture' then?

FHS that junction is looking so much better than it used to - when there was the car showroom, the humungous woodyard and the petrol station just along.

If that junction is an accident black spot I'm surprised and wouldn't see the point in putting it down to a lack of metal and coloured lights and certainly wouldn't be breathing panic about children being killed on pavements, unless I wanted to make them as hysterical as I would have to be.

As a current trendy slogan goes ..... keep calm and carry on.

A Woolworths would be nice.

Or (failing that) some kind of Safari park, where animals and that can live, and we can drive around, and have picnics and sunshine filled days. Oh, but don't eat your picnics near the monkeys...what a hullabaloo that would cause!

a Nationwide would also suffice.

    • Hi, oglander , Congratulations on your soon-to-arrive little lion - how exciting! It's always lovely to hear someone taking the adoption route (shelters are having a major crisis at the moment!). I've been in business for 15 years & can say with certainty that most cat owners in Dulwich have catflaps so, not only are they easy to have installed, but you shouldn't find yourself short of helping hands on these local forums. A catflap is a brilliant way to keep your little lion safely in overnight as well as generally keeping track of their comings & goings. I'd be happy to walk you through the set up once you've chosen your model (SureFlap & PetSafe are two popular brands). I'm sure the rescue has already advised, but just in case they haven't, it'll be very important to keep your newly adopted cat housebound for the first 2 weeks to familiarise themselves with their new home. Once they've scent-mapped the house, you can gradually begin letting them out to explore & scent-map the garden. Exciting times! x
    • Hello all,  If your child goes to this gym club: since the new payment system, have you received clear information about the cost per session, the cost per term and when sessions will be omitted eg for school opened days? (I have asked the club, more than once, no full response so far) This term started in late August, before school had gone back (did many attend that session?). Next term there is no break for half term, so there are 12 sessions to be paid. Does that seem to be more sessions than there used to be?    I am sure they are doing their best, but the info from the new auto pay system isn’t detailed enough, and the auto pay just takes an unspecified amount. I wondered if it’s just me (wanting more detail), or if there are others too? (my child loves the gym itself!) thanks
    • ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent service! We had one of Paul Edgley’ s team come to fit some new lights in our living room. They were able to come at reasonably short notice, arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and did a great job. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, and the lights look fantastic. Highly recommend! Paul’s contact details are 07802 627967
