*pissing myself at the thought ah ha ha ha*

Ah...sod the PM...Monica, re. drink in evening...I did have a friend coming round tomorrow night, but she just phoned to say she won't risk it cos of the weather...so, yes...would love to meet up xxxx

Keef, your employers take it out of your holiday if you can't get in? What do they expect you to do get the huskies and sleigh?

I am on an agency contract, so unfortunately if I don't work, I don't get paid. However, one can always "work" from home...

As it happens, I got here today with little hassle. And I'm sat reading the forum, and doing no work at all.

He was following me down the lane earlier on in the morning, did a bit of a double take in the rear view mirror when I saw him, gave me a laugh tho.

    • The open letter is definitely worth reading to understand how the culture at DC has grown and continued to grow in this way. Article with open letter
    • I have written and complained about the 'consultation'. The notice given was not adequate. Placing the in person consultation in Peckham means that it was not really accessible to many people - e.g.older people, some women and people with some disabilities that might not want to travel some distance to this venue on a cold dark evening. They effectively excluded many local residents. The offer of one online consultation is also not adequate and would not be accessible to people without digital access or who work during the day.  I think that this breaches the council's duties under the Equality Act. I did get a helpful response from Jon Hartley, Dulwich Hill. Sadly he has not been selected to stand in next year's elections. Our other councillor, Maggie Browning, is on maternity leave and there appears to be no cover. I also emailed the Leader and Ellie Reeves. Happy to support an online petition. I assume that it needs to be on the Southwark website.
    • I think a Greggs would be great - I bet it would be really busy, but would need tinted windows to protect the locals from being spotted. It could be ED's dirty little secret.
    • KFC and Mcdonalds are going to split the floorspace. Greggs will have a sausage roll kiosk in the back.
