  1. He certainly didn't help though did he? Keane was a very talented player, that is undeniable. However, in my book, he was not a "great" player, because he was a thug. I am with Atila on this, you can't put Viera in the same league as Keane when it comes to aggression. Viera was/is a hard player, Keane was a nasty player.
  2. There is just too much RAGE in the world!
  3. Well I don't claim to know enough about this to really have a solution. In social services terms, it would be like a local authority ending an association with a particular care agency. Perhaps Albany should have been put through some sort of "special measures", whereby the issues could have been identified, and rectified at an early stage. Like I say though, I don't really know the ins and outs of this, and so can't offer an answer.
  4. He just comes across as a bit thick IMO.

  6. Sorry to be late, but congrats Mick and family!!!
  7. This si the problem, people are just on one "side" or another, and trying to throw blame around rather than solve an issue.
  8. Bravo, congrats! :)-D
  9. I get that BN5, my point really is that the statement could have been worded differently.
  10. Here is something from yesterday, about it.
  11. They were just discussing this, and a similar case from Ireland, on Radio 4. Apparently, Ireland are looking at these laws, and what is acceptable in defending your property.
  12. I don't get it, they say; Then go on to say; Which strikes me as a tad contradictory. Either the midwives are to blame, or they are not. Don't get me wrong, I am sure the midwives are not to blame, which suggests that this is just a convenient excuse.
  13. I do sympathise, but expecting someone to smoke outside their own home, come on!
  14. See ratty's post above.

  16. Has anyone heard of Victoria Jackson makeup? Just fell prey to a salesman in Bromley and fear I may have done a wrongun.
  17. On this form, Liverpool will soon be down there with them!!! Fair play to Pompey, but WHAT THE F**K?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I just don't get it, Alsonso was not the key man last year, yes a good player, but how can we go from one point off of the top, to this? Don't know what to say, don't know what to suggest, just know we look f**ked.
  18. First innings centurion gone for 4. This is an interesting one.
  19. Word! That and the fact Mrs Keef has finally told me what she'd like for xmas, and I have to face fecking Bromley later in order to get it! :(
  20. I feel certain I could have gotten in easily enough yesterday, but when your manager tells you not to attempt it, you don't argue.
  21. I'm totally with Anna on this. It's like presenting a show with Brucie, and using all his catchphrases
  22. I was on Grolsch and Gaymers last night, 3 of each. Plus a joint. Feeling fuzzy today! I'm actually buying an xbox in the hope that it'll stop me sitting watching crap on telly and just drinking for the sake of it. I am a youngish dad at 31, but I'm not feeling like it!

  24. Evening chaps.
  25. Dragging this back up, as I was genuinely shocked to realise that HVs are all qualified nurses or midwives. Can anyone tell me otherwise? I suggested it to Mrs Keef as an idea, and she said you had to be qualified. Having spoken to SOME (not all) HVs, I am amazed they're qualified as anything quite frankly!
