  1. Liverpool want to move out of Anfield. (if they can't make Anfield bigger)
  2. Ratty spot on. Candp, sorry if you thought my post was rude, it wasn't meant to be, I just disagree with you. Fair enough, I've not done any market research. Equally, you have no idea whether all the "asbo crowd" will come anywhere near your house.
  3. As a man, my opinion is that every woman should be given the available options, and make an informed decision on what she wants, be it an elective c section, or to give birth at home without so much as a pain killer.
  4. I am not, nor would I ever claim to be, the cleanest and tidiest person in the world. However, I've always been a bit ocd about things being in their place, and being straight and in line. As a result, myself and my daughter have a running battle going on. We have these fridge magnet puzzles of little people, and I'm constantly straightening them up, only for her to come and mess them up, bless her, it doesn make me upset with her or anything, but it makes me wish I could ignore stuff like that.
  5. Thinking about it, perhaps it is nothing to do with pain threshold (although I still believe different people have different thresholds), but more to do with the pain that an individual is experiencing. I'm not talking about a complicated labour, like a back to back, I just can't believe that someone who says labour is like period pain, or cramps, is experiencing the same thing as someone who feels like they can't carry on. I also don't think it's possible for health professionals to judge the need for pain relief, because they are not feeling it. Yes, they may know that a woman will be okay in the end, but I just don't understand why she should have to go through all that first, when it can be dealt with. It's like women are expected to earn their badge of honour or something. All very odd.
  6. Interesting stuff. Well, I don't know if there is proof either way, but some people seem to deal wih pain (in general) better than others, and I don't think that is just because they're "harder". I also don' see why the hell anyone should suffer when there is no actual need for it, but there you go.
  7. Quite right Maccers, we've had deliveries at 10pm before, and I'm sure they do even later than that.
  8. No it wouldn't. The people that would use kebab and wine are people that want to be out longer, and that is their only option. This shop will just be good en people wanting to grab a couple of beers on their way home at gone 2 in the moming. Fair play to them for applying for the license, most places just do it.
  9. But surely every woman is different, and has a different pain threshold. So how can these people decide when you need pain relief. One woman we know said to Mrs Keef "it's not too bad, just like a bit of bad period pain". As Mrs Keef said, either this woman has the worst periods in the world, or she has a very very high pain threshold!
  10. She's not my sort of singer usually, but I like Adele's Rolling in the deep. Reminds me of Gimmie Shelter.
  11. I was just messin. Glad you're not too badly hurt.

    Who's who?

    I have an evil twin.
  13. I thought you two were ignoring each other. I think this is all just a show, to hide your true feelings for each other.
  14. We starve and have no food. Absolutely brilliant!
  15. Wot managed to get a girl's number in those circumstances? Fair play to you!
  16. Yeah great that the team won without needing him, but would've been even one annoying for Torres if his replacement had scored. Great to see Carra role back the years!
  17. Only slight disappointment yesterday for me, was the fact we didn't use our new striker. Would've loved it if he could've scored.
  18. We're going head to head then Brum.
  19. Quids, from what I can tell from motd, it was just a case of bad luck, rather than being a weaker team. Silly free kick to give away, great free kick taken. Not much else between them.
  20. And I apologise too, I hadn't realised it was today to be honest. I never remember the dates of any of these things though, it wasn't anything to do with it being United. Football is a game, young guys dying on a plane is a waste. R.I.P.
  21. Hadn't thought of that Narnia, but perhaps it could work for me...
  22. I'll have Bolton.

If there are three words > that are going to strike fear into any team this > season more than that I don't know what they > are... Who, who, and who? Loved the close up of the Spanish turncoat sitting in the stands when the pool scored! Wasn't expecting that result, but loved it!
  24. Our daughter had it in november aged about 18 months. It looked terrible, especially in the nappy area, but she didn't seem remotely bothered by it.
