  1. Saturday 10th according to their website, can't see the time though.
  2. I'm not entirely sure to be honest, sorry! I suspect I called the main switchboard number and asked for refuse. I don't know if the elderly bit was correct or she was just saying that to fob me off, surely though, if you're paying for the service, you should get the same help no matter how old you are!
  3. The whole 'drop down list' thing is a nightmare. You used to be able to just list the items, now you have to pick from the list which is made of a seemingly random selection of possible items. I have items that aren't on the list, I have tried calling to ask what to do but have been told that it HAS to be done online unless I am elderly?!
  4. A very local business to the site has also said flats and an M&S local type store. I'd be surprised if they did build another M&S so close but whether people like it or not, it would do well by the station.
  5. On the crossing at the bottom of DKH. I'm thinking something to do with the trams, it has an electric switch on it. Thanks! https://goo.gl/photos/h5TyEKA2Uezrnq2u6
  6. Saw one on Pytchley Road this morning so looks like it!
  7. I noticed a Double Decker driving in and out of Sainsburys the other day, now a new bus stand has appeared on Dog Kennel Hill, looks like the 42 is ready for action! https://consultations.tfl.gov.uk/buses/bus-route-42
  8. On Lordship Lane this morning, initials B.I. If no-one claims it, I'll hand in to Natwest.

  10. There's police all over DKH Sainsburys car park and by the woods behind too.
  11. My husband has lived on Ivanhoe Road all his life, I know he remembers some of the shops, I'll see if he remembers what was there.
  12. In the old Iceland on Lordship Lane.
  13. http://www.standard.co.uk/news/london/concern-for-gipsy-hill-man-robert-gibson-missing-for-two-days-after-going-for-dulwich-park-walk-a3272796.html
  14. Ointment.
  15. I don't think you should be donating something that is not yours to a charity shop full stop. Expensive or not. As said before put a note on a tree/fence on the green or put the jacket back.
  16. Sounds like the perfect plan dbboy. That said, if it is so vital to all of these schools, why is it still under subscribed? I can absolutely see why you are upset Yas, but I think Fairlawn are making the most sensible decision here. dbboy Wrote: ------------------------------------------------------- > Has anyone considered approaching the management > teams at Horniman, Holy Trinity, St Barts and > Kilmorie Primary Schools and Lewisham Council to > see if they are interested in forming a > partnership to take over the running of the > nursery? 17. Is this the Annexe on Waldenshaw Road? If so it's been there a lot longer than 23 years, I left there around 35 years ago! Such a shame that the school can't keep it going any more, though that being the case, the decision is unavoidable, it would be nice to see the site continue to be used as a nursery.
  18. Yesterday my daughter's Ty Olaf the snowman toy was dropped somewhere around Greendale/Dulwich Hamlet/Sainsburys. Also my son has realised this morning that he has lost his Oyster card in its sleeve with his Santander debit card in, possibly in the vicinity of Charter/ED Grove/Dog Kennel Hill. Please let me know if you've seen any of these around! Many thanks.
  19. There are also plans to install one on Ivanhoe Road.
  20. Buses should be going at 20 anyway. It's been 20mph across Southwark for some time and across Lambeth at least since we drove through a few weeks ago. ETA: Just looked up and Lambeth doesn't kick in until April 2016, perhaps they're making people aware?
  21. Bessemer Grange. It's 10min walk from DH station and has a nursery for 2 year olds as well as breakfast and after school clubs. I can't praise the school enough and there are lots of parents on the ED Forum with children there. There's also Mother Goose nursery on Greendale, again about 10 mins from DH which I've heard good things about.
  22. I could tell you but I'd have to kill you.
  23. There've been posters on Ivanhoe since before Christmas regarding a black cat picked up by the RSPCA, I'm sure you're seen them but thought I should bring them to your attention just in case.
  24. I watch it a couple of times a year nowadays. I caught the New Years Day episode where Danny Dyer killed Dean then brought him back to life while Shirley from Sainsburys and Jacko from Brush Strokes looked on.
  25. Any of the DIY shops in ED but Seans on Grove Vale always gets my vote, very helpful staff.
