Half-term treat was Indiana Jones. What a load of tosh it was - which is amazing given the cast of very fine actors. It was as if half the plot had been left on the cutting room floor and the plot that remained was codswallop.
Wouldn't it be simpler just to swap the areas around? All dogs IN the fenced section, on-lead while being walked there. Then the path and other areas can be for the enjoyment of all. If a longer walk is needed, then up to the Rye with you.
This could be a really naive suggestion but, how about selling second hand record players if they didn't take up too much room? Could nudge the lazy person like me to stock up.
5-6pm on Goose Green there are always a little group of dog owners that hang out. You could wander that way and talk to them, they are v. friendly. My daughter once used them for a dental project she was doing at school and they all answered what I thought were some pretty impertinent questions.
I knew an old lady who died a couple of years' ago when she was in her nineties. Her name was Renee Brown (don't know her maiden name). She told me she was born in the Magdala Pub. If I bump into her daughter, I will try and get some more details.
East Dulwich Road Crescent? This is a Christian country I'll have you know. Christopher Columbus - whatever next. PS: Tudor Court Rules went out with the monasteries.
